Elegant Brooklyn-Style-Loft in the Heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von der Reeperbahn, mit vielen Bars, Kneipen, Theatern und Musicals. Auch Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das bekannte Schanzenviertel und der Hafen ebenso. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der tollen Aussicht bis zum Michel, der Reeperbahn, dem Hafen und der Elbphilharmonie. Die einmalige Lage mitten in der Szene ist unschlagbar. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

New opening 9/2020. Beautiful, sunny apartment in Waterloohus in quiet side street on the edge of the Schanzenviertel. Stay in an old merchant's villa built in 1885 and renovated in 2020 in a quiet residential street. Old building charm with modern hotel-like atmosphere, improved sound insulation and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance are numerous bars and restaurants of the popular trendy neighborhood Sternschanze. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

The apartment is located in the center of the entertainment district and the red light district of St. Pauli around the Reeperbahn located in the immediate vicinity of Hans-Albers-Platz. It is ideal for fun-loving groups. You can't be closer to the center of the action... Surrounding bars and pubs are open until the night. Music and noises from the street can also be heard in the apartment. Ladies offer their services on the street from 8:00 pm.
