It is not a problem to arrange your own sleeping, for example, on the ground or in a tent.

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on a picnic blanket and a boat trip, and during the day, you can freshen up under the solar shower or relax in a hammock with a view of the sunset. New to our hotel is a private wood-fired sauna – the perfect ritual for warming up after a long day. In the evening, you can then warm up by a crackling fireplace or an open-air firepit, while bats glide silently overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

A great retreat for a group of friends, but also for a family with children and pets. The whole house is just for you, you can also use the fenced garden area. You can set up a tent in the garden, for example, or spend time on the large terrace by the barbecue overlooking the greenery. You can relax in the living room with Netflix. Watching old DVDs or playing board games can also liven up your stay. The location is quiet and safe, close to the forest and the Lužnice River. The surroundings are full of natural beauty, but also historical attractions.

Romantic cottage in seclusion

Romantic spring on the farm Romantic accommodation in a secluded natural setting, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is close to a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surroundings are ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here it is possible to visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months.

Cottage by the water

Chalet right by the pond with a large garden for great fun… swimming in the pond, boat rides, relaxation on the pier, garden bowling, croquet, petanque, badminton, net for volleyball, board games. The cottage has a large pergola with a grill, the possibility of grilling right by the water. There is another cottage on the property that serves as a shed. This building is not accessible. Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.

Our cottage

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
