Casstevens Homestead Farm House (Entire House)

Casstevens Homestead House located on 145 acres near Mansfield. great for long walks in the country, or a place to get away. This is a working farm with livestock. House is approximately 150 years old, dating back 5 generations. There are large back pastures for walking out in the country. Pets are welcome, but we do have Great Pyrenees on the farm to protect our chickens. They are very friendly but the will probably greet you at the door. We can stable your horses for riding on request.

Perfect for family fun and relaxation. Dive into the sparkling water that goes to 3 feet up to 12 feet deep. We do ask 1 hour notice to use the hot tub. Fire pit with seating for 8 to 10. A privacy fence surrounds the space, the back cover patio is perfect for morning coffee! POOL CAN’T be heated, ONLY the HOT TUB

Our thoughtfully designed 4,000 sqft space was made to accommodate 2-3 families, with 2 of the 7 bedrooms being adjoining kid rooms with access through the main bedrooms. We have swimming pool access, dedicated work-study spaces, a modern large kitchen, and lots of fun different nooks to explore. We are 15mins from Alvarado lake for some of the finest fishing and just 50mins from DFW Airport

Sleep in the king size bed with a private bath attached.

Bring your telescope! Owners grass airstrip under renovation but inquire about using the neighbors.
