For the second time, my family and I were looking for Iara to stay in Joinville. A friendly, helpful and agile host. The house is large, everything was neat and clean, with bath towels and bedding, as well as blankets at our disposal. The outer area is all fenced, with lawn what I the town hall is very quiet about the stay as it was with my puppy. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the bakery, pharmacy, market. The access to the space as we were by car was quiet to arrive, and to the downtown by the br as well. Check in and check out were very simple.

We had a great stay! Rogério was a very attentive and careful host throughout the period. The apartment is exactly as shown in the ad: cozy, well equipped and with everything working perfectly. The location is also excellent. It has good restaurants nearby, easy access to public transport and is close to several landmarks, which has helped a lot in our city tours. Veryoooo-clean Apartment, the FLIP crew is wonderful. I needed salt to make food and the girl who takes care of the cleaning got it for me. A sweetheart! It has become my favorite from Joinville and I will definitely be back. They can rent without fear. They are very helpful, they give a quick positioning when we need something. WONDERFUL!!

The space of the Vanderlei, is very comfortable, the decor is very tasteful, a beautiful balcony and the utensils and appliances is complete, I miss even only a coffee maker because I am arrived in a cup of coffee… I congratulate myself.

Airy apartment with green area around, 24-hour concierge, safe with everything working well, 3 minutes from the bus station (7 km from the Center - 20 minutes from the Airport). I recommend it and will return next time.
