Absolutely loved staying at Hope's place! Beautiful location surrounded by trees! The apartment is very private and easy to find! Very cozy and felt right at home! Hope was very accommodating and friendly!

My 17-year-old grandson and I stayed at Kristy’s farmhouse on our trip to McMinnville to visit Linfield University. It was very nice to have our own bedrooms, a well appointed mini kitchen and lovely bathroom with a full bathtub. The views of the surrounding countryside from the upper floor of the farmhouse were beautiful. We added an extra day to our trip so that we could visit the Evergreen aerospace Museum which was great. The convenience of the farmhouse to McMinnville old town was great and we enjoyed two of the lovely restaurants in town, and prepare our other meals at” home”. The house was sparkly clean, and the farmstead was fun to explore. There are three horses that love let you pet them. We highly recommend this farms stay to anyone visiting the area. Beautiful place, great area located centrally in McMinnville. Easy to walk downtown and a short drive to either Portland or Salem. Definitely recommend for both short and long term stays.

This property was just as described. Perfectly situated right on the river. If you like to fish this is the place. It is not however a place for small children. There is not a yard and the steep stairs to the river could be problematic for older guests. There is a nice deck. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and open to the great room. The stairs to one of the bedrooms is a ship’s ladder. The one bathroom is on the main floor and it is nice. There is another bedroom right across from the bathroom on the main floor. It has bunk beds but the bottom bunk is probably a double. The kitchen is well equipped, but no dishwasher. Joseph gives a lot of instructions around the very steep drive. Please read carefully he is not exaggerating! We have an all wheel drive SUV and had no issues. Joseph is very responsive. I had a perceived issue and he immediately was trying to resolve the problem. He was kind and understanding. This property is in a beautiful setting and very private. Would stay again.
