In Jullouville, on the waterfront, apartment for 4 people located on the first and last floor of a small very quiet residence. It includes an entrance with cupboard, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet, two bedrooms. My parents Annette & Michel, welcome you 400 m from the beach, in the center of Jullouville in a semi-detached independent accommodation of 40 m2 on the ground floor, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom/living room and small garden, which can accommodate up to 4 people. 10 min from Granville, 30 min from Mont-Saint-Michel Bay. The accommodation is functional, no difficulty to park. Quiet and friendly place, close to all shops, ideal for getting around on foot.

Our new cottage is located on the Edune estate in Jullouville-les-Pins in a residential park. It fits perfectly into a wooded and sandy environment. The proximity to the beach (150 m), the heated indoor pool (closed until March 31, 2025) and shops (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, supermarket, restaurants, etc.), will allow you to have a pleasant stay. You can also hike or bike on our trails between land and sea.
