We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Lezzeno! The place was spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed linens smelled fresh and clean, and both bathrooms were perfectly maintained — something I really appreciate. The host gave us such a warm welcome, helped with our luggage, and even prepared toys for our child, which made him feel at home right away. She also surprised us with a sweet roll for dinner — such a thoughtful gesture! The highlight of the apartment is definitely the terrace with a stunning view of Lake Como. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or relax with a glass of wine while soaking in the view of the lake, forest, and mountains. We also had an unexpected situation with our child during the night, and the host responded immediately and helped us without hesitation. She’s incredibly kind, responsive, and caring. Perfect place for a family or group. We felt completely at home and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The place is in a great location. The view from the terrace is magnificent. The bathrooms and kitchen are in very good condition. Unfortunately, the beds were a little uncomfortable. We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful week at Sophie's house! The accommodation is quietly located in a small alley and is perfect for excursions in the area. Sophie is a great host and we felt very much! We will be happy to come back! 😊

Sophie and Paolo were very welcoming right away and made us feel right at home. The property has a large garden and is located in a very quiet spot. We were looking for a place for a quick and quiet vacation, it was perfect.

A really great holiday in a really great cottage with a great location. Fabrizio handed over the house to us in person and explained all the important things. There is also everything you need. This goes from bed linen, towels and doormat in the bathroom, to towels, sponge, dishcloths as well as spices, coffee and oil in the kitchen, to German-language books and some games in the house. The location is incredibly beautiful and you can enjoy the sun all day, the lake and at least two private beaches belong exclusively to the residents of the house. The road above the house can be heard, but it doesn't bother you. Everything else is also thought of, a barbecue, beach/garden loungers and pads are just as available, as well as a small dining area right next to the entrance of the house, where you can spend wonderfully warm spring and summer evenings. Overall a completely successful holiday home in a great location.

Anna was very friendly and communicated with us to give us all the check in information before we arrived. She was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early as we had driven through the night from the UK to Switzerland. The chalet was clean, tidy and had all the amenities we needed whilst being in a lovely rural location with stunning views of lake Thun below. The close proximity to a bus station with a great regular bus service was very useful for days when we didn’t want to drive, the bus even ran when it was unexpectedly snowy and one of our cars was not prepared to drive in such conditions. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to have a nice quiet relaxing break in Switzerland or a great base for hiking with some great walks located on the doorstep.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay thanks to Heidi and her friend. Allowing us to check in early really helped us recover our energy. We truly appreciated the yoga mat, extra pillows, and cooking oil they provided. The convenient kitchen and bathroom, as well as the spacious and comfortable bedroom, made our stay very pleasant. The free parking in front of the house was also a big plus. We would highly recommend this place to other guests!

amazing stay and super helpful hosts

The apartment was modern, clean, and offered great amenities. The two 'monsoon' showers were a particular hit with everyone following a day skiing. The location was perfect being a few minutes walk from both the Super Morzine cable car (to Avoriaz) and the Pleney cable car (towards Les Gets). An abundance of bars and restaurants are all local. Communication throughout was excellent. Ski passes were bought and ready on arrival at a discount which was very convenient.

Very nice family home with a large and very well appointed garden and a terrace with panoramic views of Lake Leman. We all enjoyed our stay very much and will be back with pleasure.

Amazing! We could not fault this place even if we tried. Perfect location with train station right at our doorstep. Shops downstairs which made life easy with groceries. The views were awesome and couldn’t get any better. Absolutely loved our stay and the host was very friend and welcoming. We will definitely return and look forward to our next stay

The apartment is new, modern and functional. The village is charming and commercial. the downside is the internet connection. Andreas is very responsive and friendly.
