The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

So you can reach the city center in just a few minutes on foot with numerous restaurants, shopping & doctor's offices.

In doing so, we have attached great importance to preserving the special features of the house and creating a typical mountain feeling. We rely on good and modern amenities. Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place (75 sqm). The attic apartment has a magnificent view of the valley. The vacation can start on the loggia or on the terrace belonging to the apartment. The living room with the dining and cooking area is very spacious and equipped with a fireplace. There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m and one with a high-quality sofa bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m. The bathroom is flooded with light.
