Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

The bathroom consists of toilet, sink and shower. The sleeping area accessible by miller's ladder offers 2 single beds that can be turned into a double bed. Bed and towels are not provided for this rate, charge an extra fee or you can of course bring them back.

All the basics are present in the kitchen and shower room. If time requires guests to heat themselves up (electric radiators), we will ask you to pay us the expense at cost (the cottage has its own electricity meter)
