You will find us between Amsterdam (about 30 minutes, car), Schiphol (about 20 minutes, car and 30 minutes, bus) and The Hague (about 35 minutes, car) and the Groene Hart. Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), boating, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. Downstairs are 4 rooms; a cozy sitting area, cozy dining room with wood stove, books/game room and large kitchen with second dining area. Separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs, a spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower and 4 bedrooms with beds for 5 adults, a toddler bed and crib. Spacious front garden on the water & bike path. 3 silkies that eat out of your hand and provide fresh eggs daily!

Live like a god on the Kaag! Spacious and bright new wooden family vacation home with all the comforts. Around the house is a fenced forest area and grass of about 3,000 m2. Complete privacy. Towards the water is the dike and behind it is our particularly spacious jetty with space for 3 boats. We rent out our house including our 5.7-meter motorboat (April to October, space for 6-8 people) and a sailboat. Swimming is possible in the lakes (swimming ladder on jetty available).

Cozy houseboat with garden on the Kaag

A beautiful houseboat, on the Koppoel, with direct access to the Kaag. In the morning sun, you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a view of the Koppoel. From noon, the sun comes into the garden where you have plenty of space and several places in the shade. This is truly a unique place on the water! Unfortunately, not suitable for children without a swimming certificate. No smoking indoors, no parties and no pets.
