2-room apartment for sole use in the basement of our detached house with private bathroom. Location: central and very quiet in the lower town of Kleve: 1.5 km to Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences 2,8 km to Federal Police 800 m to downtown 850 m to the train station 230 m to bus stop Living room overlooking the beautiful garden. Modern bathroom, shower, bathtub, underfloor heating. Bedroom with kitchenette, comfortable bed 2x2 m, high-quality mattresses. Lamps by the bed. Non-smokers.

Die denkmalgeschützte, loftartige Unterkunft bietet auf zwei Emporen 4 Schlafplätze mit 2 Doppelbetten. Im unteren, offenen Wohnbereich kann auf der Schlafcouch ein weiterer Schlafplatz hergerichtet werden. Auch ein Baby-Reisebett ist vorhanden. Die moderne Küche ist für Selbstversorger gut ausgestattet. Sauna (30€ extra als Energieausgleich) und Kamin sorgen für Entspannung an kalten, der Bauerngarten an warmen Tagen. Das Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche wurde komplett neu in der Scheune eingebracht.

Vacation in the monument Built around 1550 on an even older vaulted cellar, the house has a late medieval floor plan and is likely to have been used as a simple small commercial house between the Rhine and the market with the originally hall-like room height in the front and the office in the back. It may be the oldest commercial building in the trading town of Rees. The listed house was privately restored in cooperation with the monument authorities from 2017 to 2019.

Idyllically located apartment in the countryside. Great starting point for various cycling tours around the Lower Rhine. Beautiful old mansion's house from 1870 was lovingly restored and modernized where needed. The apartment is on the ground floor. In the summer you can enjoy the peace and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the nuclear water wonderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, Römerstadt Xanten and Anholt Castle.
