House is 10 minutes by bike/25 minutes walk from the center of Nijmegen. Beautiful location on the Waal. Quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery. House is equipped with all comforts: bedroom with double bed, bedroom and office with single bed, closet room (including an air bed), spacious attic with washing machine and sports facilities, bathroom with shower and bathtub, spacious kitchen and living room and two terraces. Furthermore, a private parking space with charging station.

Cozy cottage, if you are looking for peace and space, then you are in the right place! The detached cottage has a terrace with a large garden with a trampoline and a covered seating area. A few minutes' walk away is a lake where you can walk, fish and swim. Bikes can also come along! There are plenty of bicycle routes and hiking trails nearby. Zoo and war museum 10 minutes by car. Nijmegen and Venlo are nice cities for shopping, or visit the old fortified town of Grave.

Charming holiday home in Holland

We fell in love with the Gelderland because it is beautiful there and the landscape is ideal for hiking and cycling. In our beautiful garden you can relax beautifully, overlooking the pond with fountain. We really like long walks along the IJssel.... For shopping in Arnhem and Nijmewegen it is not far... we also like to try the numerous restaurants nearby..... it is also close to the nearest (very good) ice cream parlor on foot.

You will be staying in a former forge from + -1870 in a beautiful, historical and very quiet area. This "Smidse" has been converted into a modern, cozy, very complete and spacious home. Extremely suitable as a base for various natural or sporting excursions, or as your "home away from home" when you temporarily need a 2nd home. Outside is a modest terrace overlooking an old, uninhabited presbytery. Wonderfully quiet!
