This lovingly furnished apartment in the country house style is part of the former village school of Welzin. The building has been here for over 100 years, far away from media and city noise. If you just want to "get out" and do without the TV, you will find the best starting point for a great Baltic Sea vacation here. Sunbathing on the Baltic Sea, fishing, cycling, kitesurfing and much more. 3 Baltic Sea beaches alone can be reached in 15 minutes. A fireplace ensures a cozy indoor climate.

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. Our thatched vacation home is 800 m from the beach and is easily accessible on foot. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in nature, you will find your place here. The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

"Jules Hus," with Finnish sauna and fireplace

"Jules Hus" is located on a large property on the edge of a field. The house is within walking distance of the beach. On the ground floor there is a wardrobe, a spacious shower room with a rain shower, a sauna and a central living area. From the living/dining area you have direct access to the terrace/garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The cozy house has about 117 m² of space for 7 people and 1 baby. The beds are designed for 4 adults and 3 children.

"Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

The Kösterwohnung is located on the ground floor of the historic country house, which probably once belonged to the Lammershagen estate: 80 m² – equipped with a cosy kitchen-diner, wood-burning stove, piano (slightly out of tune) and a private terrace. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. Welcome to Gut Rachut. A few years ago, I fulfilled my dream of living in the countryside – now also together with my husband, Thomas. This pretty little spot is located between Lübeck and Kiel – in the heart of beautiful Holstein Switzerland – and is also just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea. The former kitchen building has been transformed into a cosy holiday cottage – and we would like to invite you to be our guests.

Beach house - Spacious and modern!

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
