The spacious and lovingly furnished 5-room semi-detached house on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast in the beautiful Klützer Winkel between Boltenhagen and Groß Schwansee offers you the best conditions for relaxing and is also an ideal starting point for your activities in the surrounding area. We especially appreciate the steep coast and the beach, which are about 10 minutes away by bike. For a little adventure, you can pay a visit to the alligator Frau Meyer in the neighbourhood.

Vacation home by the park

2 children up to 10 years are free. One dog allowed/others on request Relax alone, as a couple or with the whole family. The house is completely fenced and it is only 800 m to the beautiful natural beach. The dog beach is 50 m further from the main beach. The accommodation is handicapped friendly. Brook is a charming little village on the Baltic Sea. In the village there is a small farm with playground and some animals. The wind-protected terrace invites you to linger.

Our thatched vacation home is 800 m from the beach and is easily accessible on foot. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in nature, you will find your place here. The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

Apartment Mehrblick, Travemünde

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Gartenhaus Schwalbennest

In our Gartenahaus Schwalbennest you can relax wonderfully. We have consciously refrained from setting up a TV, so that it is very easy to get out of everyday life and arrive in the oasis by the sea. The garden shed is a small but fine cottage where you don't have to do without amenities. On the sleeping level, romantic sleeping for two is possible. Right in the morning, you can have your breakfast on the sunny terrace.

Tiny house with fireplace

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.

Zypresse @ Baltic Chalets

Willkommen in der Zypresse, ein besonderer Hort der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mit einem zauberhaften verwunschenen Garten und einer gemütlichen Terrasse. Die Zypresse liegt auf einem 4.000m2 großen Grundstück mit 2 Häusern in der 2. Reihe, dahinter nur Wiesen und Felder. Im selben Haus sind noch die Ferienwohnungen Schloßgarten und Traumblick untergebracht.

FeWo "Kiek in"

Here you will find a charming and lovingly furnished 65m ² apartment with two rooms. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Baltic Sea beaches or to the nearby Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar. There are also great routes for walks and cycling and a visit to Outpost One (Star Wars exhibition) is also worthwhile.

Relax in this unique and beautifully located place. Here you can actively explore nature on forest walks and bike tours, swimming in the nearby lake, or relaxing in the hammock in the large fruit tree garden, by the crackling campfire under the stars. If it gets cold and uncomfortable, a sauna house is also available on request.
