Let me first say, if you have kids, this is your place! I always have a hard time finding the perfect place for my kids and this is definitely the spot! A FULL toy/play room, basketball court outside, soccer goals, outdoor play place - what more could you want???? Very peaceful, yet still close (driving) to great restaurants. I highly recommend, especially if you have a family!

We could not be more happy with this rental. Γιώργος met us personally at the home and showed us around; a human touch not taken for granted. He was very responsive to our needs, always replying within 30 minutes or less. It was a comfortable accommodation for a family of 9 (which included 3 children). We enjoyed cooking from home and dining out on the large, outdoor table with the great view of the sea. Do keep in mind that while there is a bus close by - which we took and easily made our way to the port - if you are with a larger group, especially with children - having your own car is highly recommended.

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

Amazing Stay at Gina's Villa in Alimos! 🌟 We had such a fantastic time at Gina's villa! First of all, Gina was incredibly kind and welcoming from start to finish. The villa itself was not only beautiful but also exceptionally well-equipped. Every appliance and household item you could need was there, which made our stay so comfortable and stress-free. ☀️ Gina also recommended a taxi driver (a friend of hers), and he was super nice! Having a reliable and friendly driver made getting around so much easier and more enjoyable. Check-out was equally perfect. Gina went out of her way to make sure everything was smooth and that we had everything we needed. We felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Gina, for making our trip to Alimos truly unforgettable! 😊

Very clean, Huge balcony with a beautiful view of the city and sea. We stayed as a family with an 18 month old baby and the house was fully equipped appropriate for babies such as crib, high chair, training potties and toys. It has own garage parking with a beautiful green garden. We felt very at home during our stay and host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Had a little trouble to find the keys location at the beginning but it was a great place and really spacious to just have a few days of relaxation! Totally recommend it.

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. Villa Sabia was a perfect Air BnB experience ! Villa Sabia is immaculately appointed and absolutely spotless throughout. The environment and experience is much more of a high quality home than a just a place to stay for holiday or business. It is easy to immediately relax and start to enjoy Varkiza and its surroundings. Varkiza has everything for a relaxing beach vacation, and the pool at Villa Sabia is excellent. It was difficult to leave the pool and journey outside some days ! Anna is a super caring and amazing hostess. It is clear that she is super proud of her property and really wants you and your guests to enjoy your stay in Greece as much as possible. Anna has lived in the area all her life and is very happy to recommend places to visit, traditional or modern restaurants, the best or some hidden beaches. I strongly advise discussing your plans with her to make the most of your stay. Overall a fabulous place to stay with true Greek welcoming experience. Thank You !

Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.

A beautiful beautiful house, quietly located half an hour drive from Athens but close by is a super cozy square with supermarket and restaurants very nice! We were welcomed by the owner's daughter. Suoer nice she gave us tips and showed us around. We have felt like a millionaire really great. Beautiful swimming pool, tennis court, very cozy, super big, everything is there. Really had a very nice time and the view is unforgettable! We never forget this whole trip and this house! Thank you!

Xαρα not only opens her house for her guests, but she opens her heart. Her hospitality is undisputable- from the very early welcoming throughout the whole stay; whatever is needed, she will provide her guidance or assistance. Meanwhile, she highly respects guests’ privacy and pays the right attention. The house is beautiful. Everything is well organized and convenient. We were family of six (2 adults and 4 children) and felt absolutely wonderful.

We visited from the USA (New Orleans, LA) for my birthday and the stay was fabulous. Squeaky clean accommodations, very responsive host with great local recommendations, very private location. Absolutely wonderful. Only wish it could’ve been a tad warmer to fully enjoy the pool! Clearly not the host’s fault :) Location was great - minutes to Lake Vouliagmeni, where we spent quite some time. Our car was parked on the street, but it was very safe. Would absolutely stay again!

What a fantastic host, George is very responsive and is on hand if anything is needed. Beautiful home with a lovely pool and surrounding gardens. The pool is a tad chilly but is refreshing in the hot weather. The place is very peaceful but the odd plane can be heard due to the flight path. This didn’t cause any issues for us. The house had everything we needed and George very kindly provided us some food for our stay which was a lovely touch. Car hire is definitely needed to get out and about as nothing is walkable and it’s nice to explore the nearby towns and restaurants. Overall a fantastic stay and is perfect for larger groups.

Katerina was an amazing host! She is very proactive and quick to respond! She accommodated all of our requests very quickly. The house is very spacious and modern equipped with everything needed to have beautiful time there. We enjoyed the pool and the terraces despite the mosquitoes. Katerina provided mosquito repellents too!

We felt right at home . Nikkos morher greeted us and even made an amazing dinner ! We went to the town for coffee and ice cream :) it was perfect for our one night connection between flights

We had an unforgettable long weekend in this beautiful home in Greece. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos: spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Every detail has been carefully thought out for optimal comfort. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are very cozy. Kitchen is Fully stocked. The terrace offers stunning sea views, and we loved having breakfast while admiring the scenery. The pool is a real asset, clean and well maintained, ideal for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. The hosts were welcoming and available. The house is perfectly located. We enjoyed the tranquility.
