Villa holiday rentals in Kallithea

Let me first say, if you have kids, this is your place! I always have a hard time finding the perfect place for my kids and this is definitely the spot! A FULL toy/play room, basketball court outside, soccer goals, outdoor play place - what more could you want???? Very peaceful, yet still close (driving) to great restaurants. I highly recommend, especially if you have a family!

We could not be more happy with this rental. Γιώργος met us personally at the home and showed us around; a human touch not taken for granted. He was very responsive to our needs, always replying within 30 minutes or less. It was a comfortable accommodation for a family of 9 (which included 3 children). We enjoyed cooking from home and dining out on the large, outdoor table with the great view of the sea. Do keep in mind that while there is a bus close by - which we took and easily made our way to the port - if you are with a larger group, especially with children - having your own car is highly recommended.

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

Amazing Stay at Gina's Villa in Alimos! 🌟 We had such a fantastic time at Gina's villa! First of all, Gina was incredibly kind and welcoming from start to finish. The villa itself was not only beautiful but also exceptionally well-equipped. Every appliance and household item you could need was there, which made our stay so comfortable and stress-free. ☀️ Gina also recommended a taxi driver (a friend of hers), and he was super nice! Having a reliable and friendly driver made getting around so much easier and more enjoyable. Check-out was equally perfect. Gina went out of her way to make sure everything was smooth and that we had everything we needed. We felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Gina, for making our trip to Alimos truly unforgettable! 😊

Very clean, Huge balcony with a beautiful view of the city and sea. We stayed as a family with an 18 month old baby and the house was fully equipped appropriate for babies such as crib, high chair, training potties and toys. It has own garage parking with a beautiful green garden. We felt very at home during our stay and host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Had a little trouble to find the keys location at the beginning but it was a great place and really spacious to just have a few days of relaxation! Totally recommend it.

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. Andy a été d’une parfaite disponibilité pendant notre séjour. De l’organisation à notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. Le lieu est situé au calme à 30 minutes du centre d’Athènes et à l’écart de la circulation automobile. La vue qui surplombe la métropole grecque et au loin la mer est inégalable. Villa Sabia was a perfect Air BnB experience ! Villa Sabia is immaculately appointed and absolutely spotless throughout. The environment and experience is much more of a high quality home than a just a place to stay for holiday or business. It is easy to immediately relax and start to enjoy Varkiza and its surroundings. Varkiza has everything for a relaxing beach vacation, and the pool at Villa Sabia is excellent. It was difficult to leave the pool and journey outside some days ! Anna is a super caring and amazing hostess. It is clear that she is super proud of her property and really wants you and your guests to enjoy your stay in Greece as much as possible. Anna has lived in the area all her life and is very happy to recommend places to visit, traditional or modern restaurants, the best or some hidden beaches. I strongly advise discussing your plans with her to make the most of your stay. Overall a fabulous place to stay with true Greek welcoming experience. Thank You !

Wir waren 4 Tage in Athen, in Stavroulas wunderschöner Villa, um Verwandtschaft zu besuchen und zwei mitgereisten Athen Neulingen die Stadt zu zeigen. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus lässt an Ausstattung und Komfort keinen Wunsch offen und wir haben besonders die gemütliche Terrasse mit nebengelegenem Pool und den schönen Garten genossen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die historische Innenstadt ( fußläufig ca 20 min von der Metro, die einen in knapp 30 min an den Monastiraki bringt ), einer Fahrt nach Marathon ans Meer oder einer Erkundungstour in nahe Stadtteile wie Maroussi oder Chalandri. Stavroula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Snacks und Getränken empfangen, sich regelmäßig versichert, dass es uns gut geht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Een prachtig mooi huis, rustig gelegen op een half uurtje rijden van Athene maar dichtbij is een super gezellig plein met supermarkt en restaurantjes heel leuk! We werden ontvangen door de dochter van de eigenaar. Suoer aardig ze gaf ons tips en leidde ons rond. We hebben ons als een miljonair gevoeld echt geweldig. Prachtig zwembad, tennisbaan, zeer sfeervol, super groot alles ik er. Echt een hele mooie tijd gehad en het uitzicht is onvergetelijk! Deze hele reis en dit huis vergeten we nooit! Dankjewel!

Xαρα not only opens her house for her guests, but she opens her heart. Her hospitality is undisputable- from the very early welcoming throughout the whole stay; whatever is needed, she will provide her guidance or assistance. Meanwhile, she highly respects guests’ privacy and pays the right attention. The house is beautiful. Everything is well organized and convenient. We were family of six (2 adults and 4 children) and felt absolutely wonderful.

Wir fanden es hier wirklich toll! Alles sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Tolle Ausstattung und elegant eingerichtet. Und wurden nach einer Woche sogar frische Handtücher angeboten. Man braucht am besten ein Auto um viel erkunden zu können, aber man kommt auch zu Fuß an alles was man braucht, inklusive beach Clubs im Sommer. Leider war es noch zu kalt im april um den Pool zu genießen. Aber der ist wirklich schön und super gepflegt. Eine kleine Warnung, an der Einfahrt gibt es ein paar ungesicherte Stufen. Für fitte junge Menschen kein Problem, für Kinder oder ältere Menschen jedoch potentiell etwas gefährlich, meine Schwiegermutter hat sich hier ihr Bein gebrochen. Aber die Gastgeber sind toll damit umgegangen, haben uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt ihre Hilfe angeboten. Wir waren nur zu dritt somit haben wir die untere Souterrain Wohnung nur manchmal zum duschen genutzt. Alles in allem genau wie erwartet und bis auf den Unfall hatten wir eine wirklich tolle Zeit im Airbnb und sind dankbar!

What a fantastic host, George is very responsive and is on hand if anything is needed. Beautiful home with a lovely pool and surrounding gardens. The pool is a tad chilly but is refreshing in the hot weather. The place is very peaceful but the odd plane can be heard due to the flight path. This didn’t cause any issues for us. The house had everything we needed and George very kindly provided us some food for our stay which was a lovely touch. Car hire is definitely needed to get out and about as nothing is walkable and it’s nice to explore the nearby towns and restaurants. Overall a fantastic stay and is perfect for larger groups.

Katerina was an amazing host! She is very proactive and quick to respond! She accommodated all of our requests very quickly. The house is very spacious and modern equipped with everything needed to have beautiful time there. We enjoyed the pool and the terraces despite the mosquitoes. Katerina provided mosquito repellents too!

Επιλέξαμε το city Oasis για την προετοιμασία μου ως νύφη και τις πρώτες μέρες του γάμου ! Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά ! Ο,τι καλύτερο μπορούσαμε να επιλέξουμε για την περιοχή ! Ο κύριος Νικόλας μας βοήθησε σε ο,τι χρειάστηκα με και η κυρία Γωγω μας υποδέχτηκε με το μεγαλύτερο χαμόγελο ! Τους ευχαριστούμε που έκαναν αυτή την τόσο σημαντική μέρα για εμάς ακόμα πιο ξεχωριστή !!!!

Nous avons passé un long weekend inoubliable dans cette magnifique maison en Grèce. Tout était parfait dès notre arrivée. La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos : spacieuse, propre, et décorée avec goût. Chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé pour offrir un confort optimal. Les chambres sont confortables et les lits très douillets. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la mer, et nous avons adoré prendre nos petits déjeuners en admirant le paysage. La piscine est un véritable atout, propre et bien entretenue, idéale pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visite. Les hôtes étaient accueillants et disponibles. La maison est parfaitement située. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité
