Small 19th century house in tranquil rural setting.

Idyllic house with a lot of feeling on our property. Quiet and natural, yet close to much. 4 sleeping places on common sleeping loft/upper floor, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 27 km to Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km to Mönsterås There are bedclothes, towels, soaps and toilet paper. Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise there is a cleaning fee of 500 sek. The entire house is for the guests and warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.

For us, food and family is a priority and therefore the house has generous and welcoming outdoor social spaces as well as indoors. With beautiful surroundings, the proximity to Borgholm, exciting excursion destination and the charming Djupvik, the place is both unique and incredibly easy to fall in love with.

Cottage by the sea

Charming older red-painted cottage only 300 meters to the sea and swimming jetty. Located only 20 km from Kalmar and about 15 minutes drive to the Öland Bridge. Large lush plot. Close to hiking trail and beautiful nature. Only 1.5 km walk to larger camping, Vita Sand, with nice swimming, street kitchen and large playground. Bed linen and towels are not included. Pillows and duvets are provided. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The tenant is responsible for final cleaning before check-out.

Historic gem in the middle of Öland

Peace and privacy in Norra Bäck, about 3 km from the eastern coastal road. In the centre of Öland, only 20 minutes from the Öland Bridge. Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details! Welcome back in time!

We own the house and you have access to the whole house plus a very tiny courtyard. The Villa is situated on a corner lot in a calm neighborhood with only 50 meters to the ocean/beach. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. In the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-attended stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes.
