Vacation on the Mischnigalm

Our quaint alpine hut is located at about 1800 m above sea level, in a secluded location. Live like 100 years ago to get water from the door and cook and heat with the wood stove. Electricity for light and mobile phone charging is possible through a small solar system. In the outside there is a solar shower and a lavatory. The hut can be reached via a 7 km long forest path. (About three quarters of an hour from the nearest village). There is a car that is suitable for all kinds of cars.

A-Frame Cabin

The A-Frame Cabins can accommodate a maximum of two people and are situated in a quiet location on the campsite. This accommodation is made of larch and pine wood and consists of a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. The alpine hut can be used as a self-catering hut, but you can also indulge in culinary delights in the neighboring Kohlmaierhuette*.at. Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

The sun terrace offers a relaxed atmosphere and you can retreat from everyday stress. The vacation home can accommodate up to 5 people. The house is the ideal starting point for hikers, climbers, cyclists, skiers. In the immediate vicinity are the artists' town of Gmünd, the Katschberg, the Goldeck and Lake Millstatt.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Nestled in the mountains, this chalet is an oasis of peace. Recently built, it integrates into the landscape with sloping roofs and fir and larch wood facades. Inside, a cozy living area with a sofa bed is flanked by a modern and equipped kitchen. The bedroom offers intimacy, while the bathroom is functional and contemporary. The large windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, combining modern comfort and rustic charm.

Small, cosy one-room hut in Mittersill

Our small, cosy one-room cottage offers space for 3 people, shared hours and evenings. The wood-burning stove makes it pleasantly warm, and a large corner bench with a table, bunk bed, and chest of drawers are also in the hut. Barbecue facilities right next to the hut, water right at the hut at the fountain trough, electricity is available. The outhouse is a few meters from the hut, an outdoor solar bag shower is available.
