Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kalutara

The Palm Beach Villa was absolutely amazing! Piyal, the house manager, was waiting for us at the airport, and drove us to the Villa, even tho we arrived early in the morning. There was a wonderful breakfast waiting for us upon our arrival. Piyal and Sujami took such great care of us during the day, and Sumith was there all night, which made us feel very safe. We weren't expecting the high level of pampering we received from the 3 of them. It really made our stay truly relaxing. The Villa and grounds are beautiful! The dogs were an added surprise, and were definitely part of the experience :) The pool was heavenly! The beach was right there!!! and was so beautiful and virtually empty! Watching and helping with the morning fishermen was an experience we will never forget! The location is so private, but close enough to many of the island's attractions. Piyal was a gracious host, driver, and AMAZING cook!!! Sujami was so sweet and helpful. Sumith was great! Will def be back!

N is a very humble host. He is very helpful, very transparent and does his utmost best to serve his guests to create a magical stay experience. N took care of us as though we were his closed family members giving us a feeling that we were back home. I cannot express enough my sincere gratitude and appreciate to this fine gentleman whom I want to call as brother rather than a host. His breakfast serving for us is fit for a King! I would recommend to stay in this property if you want to be in good hands.

One of our best holidays . The place was so peaceful and beautiful. The host Isuri and caretaker Shelton are really nice and helpful. We had a very relaxing weekend with our friends. This is really a hidden gem in the busy town of Moratuwa . Thank you !

When planning my trip to the South Province of Sri Lanka I was looking for an authentic, calm, modern, clean and one of a kind accommodation. The BoBo's Cinnamon Estate Duwabedda met more then my expectations. I am still dreaming of the soft breeze, the shy smell of cinnamon, the peacocks who visited us before heading to the next lot (this time a rice field), the smooth awakening early in the morning (gentle prayers of the Buddhist monks from far away, early morning songs of the birds...), the lovely Ceylon tea, the host's topless tuk tuk that brought us to the sea side, Galle and other destinations, and so much more... Catrin and Bharatha were caring and loving hosts. They were present yet discreet. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

While the accommodation itself was perfect, the real selling point for this stay is the hosts. They are the most lovely hosts I’ve ever had, attending to all of our needs and very communicative. Please do yourself a favour and stay here! 10/10

Everything was really great! The owner is very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, very new and clean. Location is good, just few minutes walk to the ocean. Highly recommend!

The accommodation was as described and shown in the pictures, which we appreaciated. The staff was the sweetest, always happy to help! We liked the breakfasts and our room with a nice view. The place is not located directly by any beach but there was a possibility to take a boat to a pool and a beach (free of charge). We got help with airport transfer as well. The only thing was that the WiFi worked exclusively in lobby and restaurant area, no chance for connection in the room. Otherwise highly recommended, thank you!

Lucky's place is unique. Nowhere did we feel as at home as with him. His wife cooks incredibly delicious food, his kids are really sweet and help where they can. The dad, too, always had a smile on his face. The beach is 100m away and Lucky always has a tip ready. He explains a lot about his country & is also very interested in yours. We'd return to this place anytime. 100% recommended.

Beautiful! Better than expected and such a wonderful family.

We recommend a stay at Sanka's villa to every Sri Lanka traveler. We spent the last week of our trip there to relax and reflect on the stations of our round trip. For this, hardly any other accommodation is as suitable as Sankarest. The place itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Each of the room has an additional shaded porch outside the front door. The rooms are cleaned daily and carefully maintained, as well as the pool area. But the family, friendly atmosphere in which you feel incredibly comfortable, is the clear highlight. The whole family and the other helping hands are extremely helpful and always open and responsive when it comes to excursion tips and any other concerns. The food is cooked with a lot of love. The beach is only two minutes from the villa, but is right there but not suitable for swimming, but 300m further you can swim wonderfully. Go to Kosgoda!
