Lovely peaceful beautiful location by a river. It was like a mini totally private hotel with friendly helpful staff and a cook you can hire who will cook whatever you want. Beautifully, tastefully and interestingly furnished, some gorgeous big books to look through, 2 little boats and you can order a masseur to come to the house at very reasonably prices -it was so relaxing to have an ayuverdic massage by the river. Plus a super pool for a swim any time. It is slightly inland but for us that did not matter at all as we weren't looking for a beach stay. We all enjoyed our far too short stay and will definitely be recommending this villa and booking again next time we are in SL.

We had a nice stay at the house. The pool was a nice bonus, and the staff were very nice. We took most meals there and everything was well prepared. There is lots of room for an extended family for instance or a few couples. Two of the upstairs bedrooms are optimal for views with balconies. It was very quiet for sleeping. One of our best holidays . The place was so peaceful and beautiful. The host Isuri and caretaker Shelton are really nice and helpful. We had a very relaxing weekend with our friends. This is really a hidden gem in the busy town of Moratuwa . Thank you !

Our stay at Randina Villa was simply unforgettable! The breathtaking lake view set the perfect backdrop for our getaway. The villa boasts four spacious rooms, each equipped with AC and attached bathrooms, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The owner was exceptionally helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the cook-on-request service, which provided delicious meals that added to the experience. The peaceful ambiance and well-maintained facilities made it a perfect retreat. I highly recommend Randina Villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable escape!

We stayed here for a friend's wedding in Bentota. It was an excellent place to stay and relax following all the events associated with a South Indian wedding. The location was a bit out of the way - our initial Uber there wound up charging us extra because we had to go up a dirt road - but Edward was very accommodating and put us in touch with a few tuk-tuk drivers who took us to and from the different events that were planned. He even drove us to an event himself when we couldn't find a ride. The food was also quite good - every meal had a spread of Sri Lankan dishes cooked from locally sourced ingredients. He shared the proposed menu with us and adjusted it after learning that our party had three vegetarians.

Amazing place, most unique I’ve seen for true nature lovers

Overall a great stay! Both the owner and our personal assistant (drive you for free with a tuk tuk from A to B, within about 3 km) the rooms, the bathroom, the access, directly to the sea, simply fantastic! Right next door is a hotel with restaurant, where you can also eat delicious food. Absolutely recommend from us! The communication was perfect too!

The Movi Apartment was a truly friendly environment clean, peaceful & just a short walking distance(5 minute ) to the beautiful Bentota Beach. I really liked this place, especially because the owner was incredibly helpful & cooperative. They guided me a lot, especially with how to get around Bentota & how to find my next transport easily. Originally, I had booked for just one day, but I extended my stay to two days because of how responsible and caring they were. I really hope to visit this apartment again, and I definitely suggest others to go there without any hesitation. Sister Niladri & her husband are truly good & soulful people. On my last day, both of them even dropped me at the station, which was so kind of them. I'm very thankful for their overall cooperation & warm, friendly behavior.
