Reservation start from 2 person / 2 nights minimum. We only take one reservation everyday so house is yours to use privately.We have no meal service since corona pandemic 2020. Guesthouse is a typical old Japanese house, not like a resort Hotel or Ryokan for business. Mikiura village is surrounded by the clear blue sea and natural green mountains, and located close to the World Heritage of "Kumano Kodo" You'll enjoy real Japan such as rural life experience, quiet time and beautiful nature.

Experience a stay in a traditional Japanese house, tucked inside the forested mountains of the Yoshino Valley. This converted farmhouse is located in Kawakami Village, the source of the Yoshino/Kino river. The house sits just above an idyllic swimming spot, perfect for families to enjoy the cool, clear waters Guests will have the full property to themselves, which includes a handmade cedar bathtub with views across the river. There is also outdoor space to enjoy barbecuing under the stars.

This guest house is located in Nigishima-cho, Kumano City, Mie Prefecture. Nigishima-cho is located in the southern part of Mie prefecture, and you can enjoy the beautiful azure seascape called Kumano Blue. Enjoy the view of the calm sea of the port town from your room and relax and enjoy the atmosphere of a nostalgic port town on Nigishima. Kumano City is located on the prefectural border with Wakayama Prefecture, and is the best place to drive around Wakayama and Mie's famous places.

『あがえ』とは地元の方言で『自分の家』という意味です。自分の家で過ごすようにゆっくり寛いでください。 一組様貸し切りなのでプライバシーが守られます。外壁を挟んだ隣に母屋(和室)があり、もう1組泊まれます。４名以上の場合はそちらを、５名以上の場合はこちら(洋室)と和室の両方をご予約頂くことをお勧めします。料金は人数によって変わります。必ず正確な宿泊人数をお知らせください。スーパー（Aコープ紀南熊野古道ちかつゆ店)・バス停(古道歩きの里ちかつゆ)・飲食店(笑路茶屋)・ドライブイン(古道歩きの里ちかつゆ)が徒歩30秒以内、ガソリンスタンドまで約500m、熊野古道・近露王子から徒歩約5〜6分の便利な立地。オーナーは地元出身・在住の熊野古道ガイドなので、歩き旅のことや周辺の見所・情報などに詳しいので何でもご相談ください。困った時の送迎などにも可能な限り対応いたします。基本的に素泊まりですが、お食事の手配も可能です。(お食事については、『その他の留意事項』もお読みください)

The Japanese house stands in a biosphere reserve village, upstream on the Miyagawa (Miya River) which flows from Odaigahara National Park to Ise. The river is just a few minutes walk from the house which is the best place for chilling out, swimming with your family or family and enjoying water. 20 mins' drive from JR "Misedani" station and 60 mins' drive to the Osugidani Valley (one of the three greatest valleys in Japan).

Our guesthouse is located in the old town called Nara-machi. There used to be many traditional wooden townhouses known as Machiya. We restored Machiya while keeping the original structure in order to provide you with a traditional Japanese experience with local atmosphere.This house is for only private use and has only one floor with Japanese style room, shower room, washroom, sink and small garden.

※2月のみ4泊以上ご宿泊の場合、宿泊費が半額になります。お問い合わせください！ 奈良県十津川村に位置しながら和歌山県・三重県がすぐ隣にあり、世界遺産の熊野古道や瀞峡、玉置神社、熊野本宮大社といった観光名所をはじめ、湯ノ口温泉、川湯温泉、湯の峰温泉、十津川温泉といった温泉地からも近い場所に位置しています。階段ダンスを使ったロフトや古い芋坪を改修した地下室など、まるで忍者屋敷のような一棟貸しの空間で、室内の壁はどこにでもアート作品を展示できる仕様になっており、期間によってはアーティストの滞在・制作場所としても活用されます。定期的にアーティストによる展覧会やワークショップなどが開催されていますので、宿泊者は自然と歴史、食と共にアート体験が可能です。朝食やお弁当、夕食はオプションとなり、十津川村のきのこを使ったメニューや熊野地域の野菜を使ったベジタリアン向けメニューもご用意しています。

かしの木庵は近鉄橿原神宮前駅から徒歩3分という大変便利な立地にあります。 橿原神宮は、日本の始まりの地で、初代天皇の御陵や神社のある歴史的な町です。また緑の多い、自然豊かな所です。近隣には、日本の古代の姿がそのまま残っているような明日香があり、そこには多くの遺跡が点在しています。また、江戸時代の古い街並みが現存する今井町も見所です。 かしの木庵は、築６０年余りの純和風の家屋で、お庭も楽しんで頂けます。台所や浴室等は、リフォームされ気持ちよく過ごしていただけます。 近くには観光案内所、レストラン、居酒屋、スーパー、ドラッグストア、コンビニ、百円ショップ等もあり、大変便利です。 京都や大阪、奈良へも1時間程で着きますよ。

Kumano Nakahechi "MINE-no-Yado" Mine own house

"MINE-no-Yado" Mine own house is a small Japanese style cottage in Mine village where includes Takijiri-oji, the entrance to the sacred mountains of Kumano. The house is at an elevation of 300m. You can enjoy a panoramic view of Kumano mountains, a wonderful starry night and even sea of clouds.
