Great location and what we expected based on description and photos. Owner very responsive. Easy to check in and out. We would stay again.

Some friends and I drove in from out of town to hang out with friends and play some tabletop games. Everything as accurate from the photos. Very good water pressure in the showers/sinks. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the living room. Note that if you are a light sleeper, there is a very active train line nearby that you may hear at any hour, so bring earplugs or such.

Enjoyed our stay! Very clean and spacious for our family of 5 (2 kids and dog in tow). Easy to access. Everything we needed to cook a couple of meals at the house during our stay. Great host communication - even alerting me of one left behind item. Not knowing the area, it's definitely not right next to restaurants or retail - but not too far away. We found Liberty was the closest with the most options when not going into KC. And no issues for us with the train noise. Great experience overall!

Jane’s home is charming and feels like home. When I look for a place to stay, what’s important to me is the comfortability of the living room. What we relax on at the end of the day is vital. I would like something comfortable, a way to put my feet up, newer with supportive cushioning. The huge couch and beds were perfect!! The kitchen had pantry staples, which was wonderful. It was a very well stocked kitchen with all the dishes you may need including mixing bowls, measuring cups, aluminum foil, ziplocks. The back deck was very inviting — but the weather was still chilly for morning coffee out there. We truly loved our stay!

Easy check in/check out process, house was clean and just as pictured showed. Very nice area and convenient. 10 from restaurants and shopping and about 15 min from the big city! Had a great time

I am a repeat customer for Dave & Ellen and have stayed at their properties multiple times. This particular BnB is the favorite of our family - due to semi-regular trips to KC, this is like home away from home. I recently had to book with very short notice due to a family member's medical emergency. Dave and Ellen got me right in same day, and as always, the house was absolutely spotless and super comfy, as usual. Always a wonderful stay, despite the circumstances.

The place was as advertised. Entrance was easy with no steps and clear instructions. I was surprised of all the supplies and equipment hidden away in the kitchen. The popcorn maker was a bonus. I am tall at 6’4”. There are some low spots. This wasn’t an issue as I dealt with this my entire life. The bathroom was quite roomy?with a walk in shower. My bed was comfortable and I slept great. Overall, I always appreciate these stays over hotel stays.

Very nice place to stay, exactly as shown on the listing. Great location in downtown KC, very walkable to T-Mobile Center, P&L district, etc. Streetcar stop right outside front door (rides are free). As for parking, upon arriving and getting your keys & parking pass, drive up to 7th floor of the parking garage as there is a loading/unloading zone. You will enter the building on the 4th floor but elevators are easy to access in the middle of the building. You will only need to use the key fob to get from the garage into the skywalk, and then only inside the elevator to select the 16th floor. A key opens the unit door. To open, turn the key counter-clockwise until it is hard to turn—but then turn just a little more until a faint click, then just push in the door. Overall really enjoyed our stay and the unit. Would definitely stay here again. DeAndre was super responsive whenever we had questions.

Very happy with this booking! The hosts were very easy to work with and provided all information needed. Didn't spend much time in the rental because we were there for a speech and debate tournament at William Jewel College, but getting to come back here after a long day was very welcome and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Me and my Daughter stayed there for personal reasons and my daughter said she felt like she was on vacation it was well worth the stay I loved it !! If I ever need a place to stay I hope they’ll be available so Thank you Guys for having us.

What a wonderful, ease-filled stay! Russ and Kris were such attentive hosts. They checked in with me numerous times to make sure I had everything I needed. The space was immaculately clean, and was filled with thoughtful touches. I especially loved the reverse osmosis water spigot in the kitchen.

Amazing place! Very comfortable. Complete amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, thoughtful coffee supplies. Super comfortable bed with luxury linens. Spacious bathroom with spa-like shower. Great location with convenient free trolley right outside the building. Top notch AirBnB!!

The house certainly was an oasis. We loved the beauty of it and the historical charm. Christine was unbelievable as a host! And Alexis was glorious as an on-property host. She lives on the main floor helped me get my elderly parents set up as I was delayed in my arrival and couldn’t have been nicer. The home was so great. I felt at home and oh, so cozy with my family. Zero noise from the floor below - I was shocked at how much it felt like we were not in a 2-flat. They don’t make ‘em like this anymore! We were just over a mile from the art museum and 10 mins from the River Market. The central location of the home was exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t have picked a better location! 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

An amazing space for a great getaway. My teenager daughter and I stayed over a weekend. if I had a large family, this would definitely be a place to stay as it has plenty of space. Clean and comfortable!

Trenton was very helpful. Check out process wasn’t long like most places. There was an issue with the TV in the main bedroom and he was proactive in solving the issue. Came downstairs and fixed it almost immediately. Overall great stay.

Beautiful home that is comfortable and in a perfect location to explore KC. Short and easy walk to many restaurants and coffee shops. Had the opportunity to meet the host and he could not have been nicer! Would definitely book here again!

This condo was exactly as pictured and perfect location for my needs. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of coffee and snacks which was appreciated! Easy access to I70 and quiet little neighborhood.

Everything was as expected and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Safe, easy walk to Westport restaurants & shops. The sculpture park was a nice treat! Stephanie was proactive with communication and the condo was clean & cozy.
