Very nice airbnb with everything present! Alvin is really a super friendly host, he is very responsive through airbnb and gives you a list of everything you can do nearby. He let us know in advance that there could be temporary noise nuisance (we did not find a problem) and also arranged a taxi for us upon departure. The bnb is from the city center, but there are bicycles available. The bikes are not ideal for adults so we also took a taxi a few times, which are fortunately very affordable in Mexico.

Really enjoyed our (2 adults, 2 kids - 9 and 12) stay! Adrian kept the place in “tip-top” shape - we loved the pool, grounds, and multiple outdoor spaces. Close enough to everything for us. Communication was always right on time. Thanks for letting us enjoy your space!

Excellent accommodation very close to the Historic Center, very comfortable and pleasant with all the accessories described, the response of the hostess is very timely and very helpful; it is located on the ground floor King size bed very comfortable, very safe and quiet area near the Cenote for swimming, I hope to have the fortune to stay with Imely again.

Villa Lupita: Magical Village and cenotes.

We had three wonderful days at Villa Lupita over Christmas. The space was the perfect respite after a few busy travel days. The garden is clearly the masterpiece of the house, but the rest of the home also met our expectations. Easy accommodation, nice with covered, private parking and walking distance to everything in Valladolid. Also a huge plus that Evelin and Ivan provide toothpaste, shampoo and the like. There are very few and trifles to spot at the home. If I have to mention a couple, the air conditioning in the bedroom teased a lot, but on the other hand, there was a fan on the ceiling, which worked fine to cool the room down. In addition, there was a pretty clear view of the neighboring property from a window in a door, which made you feel a little less private when there was activity in the garden next door. But it wasn't anything that ruined our overall experience. Additionally, we were unable to immediately access the switches for lighting in the pool area. All in all a super nice experience

A beautiful place to be and see birds, nature, enjoy Valladolid and other magical villages, cenotes, pyramids without being in the noise of cars and people. Monica and Marylin are proactive hosts and are in communication for everything you need . I really enjoyed being here as a family .

Very nice appartement. The bed was very confortable. Great towels. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. Very well decorated. The host is always available if you have a question. The check in is very easy. Hot water for you shower, a great kitchen to cook in, fantastic leaving room and a nice little patio. On site there is bbq area, pools, gym. I definitely will go back and I recommend 💯. Very quiet despite a bit of construction going a few meters. You hear the birds. Really nice place

The place was the same as it was described. It was very clean and tidy! There was water and sodas the fridge and the kitchen was well stocked. The bed is very comfortable! Martina gave us very clear instructions to arrive and was waiting for us for check-in. It was very friendly. The apartment is comfortable, has a good location: it is a few minutes from the Calzada de los Frailes and the ADO terminal. The neighborhood is really calm. Very good price-quality ratio. Highly recommended!!
