The dining room, with its 38 square meters and large dining table, can accommodate at least 12 people. The kitchen is comfortably equipped and invites you to cook together. A 2000 sqm garden is at your disposal.

The ideal vacation for time travelers. My house was built in 1910 as one of the first vacation homes on Lake Constance. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you will find the time for all the things that are important to you. When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).
