Bright, cozy apartment in a quiet area

The apartment is located on the upper floor of a 1-family house in Bad Bergzabern on the Southern Wine Route. It is bright and friendly with a balcony and separate bedroom (double bed). In the living/dining room there is also a sofa bed. The location on the edge of the Palatinate Forest and the vineyards offers many possibilities for leisure activities, e.g. hiking, climbing (sandstone), mountain biking and cycling directly from the front door, fantastic motorcycle routes, many castles and lakes, outdoor pool 300 m, thermal bath/saunas.

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Wunderschön gelegene ca. 100m² 2021 neu sanierte, sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung im EG eines freistehenden Dreifamilienhauses im Herzen Landaus. Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

Niederotterbach is a small village located a little off the beaten track of the big wine villages of the Southern Wine Route. Alsace, the German Wine Gate, the Palatinate Forest, Landau and all other sights are easily accessible from here by car or bike. At the winery, you will experience an apartment that is furnished between modernity and history. It impresses with a cozy charm with lots of wood and attention to detail. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2021.

Kuhstall am Weinberg

Keep it simple at this peaceful place, a 5-minute walk to the city center and its beautiful ramparts. The apartment is bathed in light throughout the day. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area and a large living room with sofa bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, separate toilet and bedroom. The little extra, a nice balcony. And for cyclists a locked room A functional and comfortable cocoon to stay in.

The studio is located in Altenstadt (Wissemburg), above the garage adjoining the house, with a separate entrance. It is perfect for couples (with a 1.60 m bed) and solo travelers. It offers the possibility of cooking (two hobs, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a mini oven, a microwave...) Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.
