Welcome to Kodama House! Please relax in the spacious and calm room. [Available in Japanese and English] 5 minutes by car from Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, famous for its sightseeing spot! You are renting the entire property. Parking is available for up to 2 regular-sized vehicles in the covered parking lot. You can park an additional car next to the building. Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot after crossing the hill. There is a convenience store (mini-stop) within walking distance. The living room floor is made of natural wood (chestnut), which has a nice atmosphere and feel. You can also gather together in the spacious living room. BBQ is also available on the wooden deck (+ 2,500 yen) BBQ grill is available for rent. Please bring your own charcoal, meat, vegetables, etc. The first floor has a living room, kitchen, two Japanese-style rooms, and a bathroom The second floor has 2 bedrooms. KIGI MOKU MOKU is a host-style home located in Kosasamachi, Sasebo City, about 20 minutes by car north of downtown Sasebo City, Nagasaki Prefecture, facing the abundant sea at the westernmost tip of Japan. Having lived here for 50 years, the trees in the yard have grown large and envelop the house that was rebuilt 20 years ago. When the morning sun rises, the birds begin to chirp, the crickets begin to sing, and shadows are cast on the wet edges. When the sun sets, the sky is full of stars, and on moonlit nights, you can see the shadow of the Buddhist priest. You'll be able to slowly feel the time change throughout the day. There is a barrel sauna in the corner of the private garden. Enjoy the outdoors in the garden at your leisure. Breakfast is served with fresh local ingredients. Dinner is optional. In pursuit of comfort, the old beams and the scent of new Kunikuzu cedar wood create a clean and calm space. -About "yori-toko"- Built in 1894, this building was 118 years old as of 2019. The building, which has been around for nearly 120 years, has been a vacant house for nearly 40 years. Once loved by neighborhood children who came to study and play, this building was renovated. Returning to its original form, it was reborn as "Fukuchi no Yado Kafu yori-toko". The name "yori-toko" is based on the owner's desire for this place to continue to be a warm place where people can gather, just as it was once a popular "place to gather". With foundation work and insulation, it has become a comfortable home for the current climate.

It's a big log house. The first floor consists of a large hall and a kitchen. Log houses also have excellent heat insulation and soundproofing. Even if the guest plays a musical instrument, it will not bother the neighbors. Accommodation is in the bedroom on the second floor and between tatami mats.
