Monthly Rentals in Karavomylos

This was the perfect location to explore the island of Kefalonia from. The accommodations were spacious, clean and both decks had fabulous views of the sea. It is located in a quite location with comfortable beds and it was stocked with all the necessities we required. The host was easy to communicate with and very punctual in filling any requests. Mrs. Sophia was lovely and kept the unit very clean for us.

Eva's studio was a lovely base for us - super well equipped with a beautiful spacious balcony overlooking Sami bay which gets full sun in the mornings. Eva was really friendly and had stocked the fridge with water, Coke, beer, butter and eggs from her chickens! It's a clever loft conversion, but be aware it's accessed via a steep spiral staircase and you need to watch your head on some low beams. The shower drain floods the bathroom floor when the shower is on full power and there's also a bit of traffic noise from the main road directly below. Also note that Eva uses two friends as co-hosts to send messages but Eva is the physical host. We enjoyed our stay and the walk into Sami from Karavomylos is gorgeous, along the sea. Thank you Eva!

Sofia and George were great hosts. Very friendly and communicative. Their place was very well situated for exploring the whole of the island, found in the very peaceful and tranquil village of Karavomylos. Would definitely stay again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!
