Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

It is a floor appartment in Chios Harbour waterfront, exactly at the point of approaching ships from Piraeus and the Turkey. It is spacious and consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The House is newly renovated and furnished with 5 single beds and a sofa, a desk, wardrobes, electric cooker and microwave, washing machine, etc. It has a terrace at the side of waterfront, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the harbor.

The visitor can find in the area taverns, cafes, mini markets, etc. In about 150 meters south is the organized beach "Ormos Lo". In the wider area there is the Petra of Homer (where tradition says that Homer taught) as well as the Sanctuary of the Goddess Cybele.
