The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The apartment is situated in a partially renovated water castle from 1565 in the small village of Hollrich, Germany It consists of 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms with a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

The flat is on the first floor (not wheelchair-accessible) and has a sunny terrace for relaxing. Dogs are welcome. You can find shops in Marktheidenfeld (approx. 10 minutes by car). Public transport is limited – you will need your own vehicle. Ideal for nature lovers and peace seekers.

Relax and connect with nature. At night, you can hear the nightingale sing and look directly into the starry sky. Early in the morning you are lovingly awakened by the sun, greeted with birdsong and can walk barefoot through the damp grass. You can have a pure nature experience and swim in our lake, which is located directly on the property, or use the outdoor shower. There is a lot to discover as it is a large, natural site.

Karlstadt with its historic old town, many restaurants and shops is only 2.5 km from the apartment. The beautiful outdoor pool in Karlstadt opens its doors on May 1st. Karbach is located at the edge of the Spessart near the Main, only 5 km away from Marktheidenfeld, where you will find all the shops for your daily needs. With about 50 m² of living space, the apartment offers enough space for a maximum of 3 people, ideal for commuters, business customers and holiday guests.
