Great peaceful place to stay with a vert friendly host, you can rent a bike as well for a very cheap price.

A quiet location but not isolated. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. The house was very basic, but clean, tidy, and functional. I was training at Bangtao MMA - it was an easy 5 minute walk, which was a primary consideration for booking. Other restaurants and shopping are either walkable or a 10 minute tuk tuk ride to Villa Market and Boat Avenue. I would happily stay again

We were staying for the night and it was a perfect place for us to stay for the time frame we had as the airport is 5 mins away and the beach, shops, markets and massage places are all within a 20 min walking distance. Easy instructions and clean place

But the real eye-catcher is the **lighted terrace by the private pool/tropical garden** – in the evening an enchanting place for a drink or swim. There are three bedrooms: (two en suite, one with bathroom around the corner, ideal for guests). The location is perfect: restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

We were a family of 4 and we're very comfortable. We only stayed for 3 days, and everything was fine. The location is great, it is in a secured area. A 7/11 is a few min of walking on the main road (outside the droparm berier). About 15 min to the beach and less than 10 min to a mall. veery nice clean place. Thank you

I'm super happy with my stay! The place was top – absolutely clean and very well maintained. The location is simply 1A, everything was easily accessible and perfectly located. Great stay at Max's! Clean accommodation, quiet and very easy to access. Close to lots of activities, beaches, restaurants & bars. I recommend it!

Great place to stay with amazing view. near town but not right in the noisy part. Well appointed and comfortable. perfect for family and couples and able to cook at home if your tired if eating out. Everything you need is there Christophe was a great host with advice and guidance. Just be mindful getting your luggage up to apartment was a little tricky. other than that perfect spot.

A lovely stay at the apartment, about 1km from the beach which made a lovely scenic run in the morning and a quick bus to the supermarkets. We had such a lovely time. Will be back!

Great host, nice view and cool neighbours

It was great staying at Timothy's place - a 2 bedroom apt, clean, easy check in, good location. There's a nice cafe right downstairs in the building with good food and open late. Good Wifi. Communication was great and Timothy was flexible and accomodating when we had to book another night but didn't do it on time. Appreciate all communication and stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great place and hosting by Khun Natti and Mecha. Both are very helpful and responsive. Pleace was clean and spacious. Its great location if you want to spent quality time with family amd friends. Only 1 drawback as there is not many restaurants options around. And you should havr private vehicle to go around. But otheriwse it was fantastic experince and both Host amazingly nice and supportive ❤️

Amazing silent place, in 10 min of drive from all the best places around. Perfectly clean, and cleaning every single day, including towels changing. Very friendly team. I would definitely come back

We spent 8 nights in the property and in the complex. We enjoyed the pool and the gym as well as the possibility to cook for ourselves. Unfortunately, in the apartment as well as in the residential complex itself, many things are very busy and broken, but still functional and absolutely usable.
