Beautiful and compact cottage created by an architect in Soini, Ulvo village for guests. Here, time slows down and the mind rests. The living area is 30 m², the large IKI sauna stove provides soft steam. Bed for four and a sofa bed, a lot of terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dry toilet is warm and odorless. Equipment includes a Cardinal grill, smokehouse, barrel, boat and games. Firewood is included, electricity and drinking water are available. How would it feel to live in a museum, but with a working kitchen? The house is my hundred-year-old birthplace. It has been desired to be preserved as authentic, so it has not been lined and the insulation of the attic is sawdust, which may fall to the floor in the wind. From the windows you can see animals in the pasture, cranes landing in the field and the wind humming in silence. Even a larger family or work group will enjoy this spacious and authentic place. The compost toilet and shower sauna are in the yard. The beach is 1 km away.

Visit the national park or cozy up on the lake and stay in an elegant vacation home in Kivijärvi, close to nature and transportation! After the sauna, you can enjoy the great scenery on the glazed porch and grill in the backyard's fire pit in an idyllic atmosphere. The open field landscape brings a sense of peace to everyday life, and a dip in the cool water pool after a sauna is a delight in hot weather. Ask the host about using the boat. Linen and towels are not included, but we rent a set for ten.
