Monthly Rentals in Kaštel Novi

We had a great stay at Kathrin's place. The home was as described and very clean/well appointed. We stayed during a heat wave, so it was warm in the apartment during our arrival, but the AC started to cool it down for us after the first night. We did have trouble with the shower draining the first night, but Kathrin came late at night the second night to fix it (she was out of town that day). She was very friendly and helpful. The pool was fantastic and had many chairs, umbrellas, inner tubes, and balls/toys. It was very peaceful and offered shade due to the adjacent large bushes. The outdoor area is beautiful with overhanging grapes. A lovely little Split stop. Thanks, Kathrin!

This is a lovely apartment, very spacious, with a beautiful view, stylish interior and a large terrace. The accommodation is just perfect, the promenade and beaches are within a walking distance. Near the house there is a bus stop to Split and Trogir, which runs every 15 minutes. There is a convenient private parking, shops nearby, large supermarkets are within a 5-10 minute drive. The next building has a delicious cafe, many cafes on the promenade. I highly recommend listening to Elena, she suggested us the best places! The accommodation is perfect for people with or without a car. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things, from baking paper to the heaters. We spent a month here and it's a lovely place to work remotely. Fast internet, worked great for video calls. We were in January, the apartment has air conditioning and heaters, very warm. Elena is a great host! Her tips are priceless! Thanks for your reference and help! We'd love to come back.

We enjoyed 2 nights at Josipa’s beautiful apartment. The place was absolutely spotless! The fridge was stocked with water and soft drinks and the bathroom included individual toiletries and hand sanitizers. Josipa welcomed us when we arrived and thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. In addition, the garden was beautiful with numerous fruit trees and flowers! Josipa offered recommendations for restaurants and even offered to make reservations for us. The apartment was a short walk to the coast and we particularly enjoyed walking through the quiet neighbourhoods. Our only regret was that we weren’t able to stay longer.
