Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Waidacherhof-Wald is located in Prags/Braies in South Tyrol. Natural materials, rustic old wood, contrasting stone, cozy felt and loden are among the main components of the apartment. The 75m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The Schalderer Bach bubbles in front of the house, the birds chirp in the treetops and you enjoy a fantastic view of the Plose. Enjoy the soothing tranquility, far from the flow of tourists, but still well connected to the city. The four suites are located on the second floor of the building and impress with a shared sauna with a relaxation room and shower.

Beautiful, completely newly renovated apartment on the second floor right in the center of Fiè allo Sciliar. Located near Bolzano, only 13 km, optimal bus connections, and also not far from the Alpe di Siusi, the largest high alpine pasture in Europe. A hiking and skiing paradise In just 6.7 km you are in Seis, where you can take the cable car directly to the Alpe di Siusi. One room has a double bed (160 x 200) the other room has 2 single beds.

Quiet, relax, and fantastic mountain. Due to the strategic position of this little apartment (30 sq mt) in the centre of Siusi, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in the wonderful UNESCO Dolomites. The apartment is very quiet and sunny, and close to restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket, etc. The apartment has a terrace just in front of the Scilliar. Possibility of paid yoga courses and guided tours on the Alpe di Siusi.
