Het zomerhuisje ligt midden in een rustige woonwijk, in het "oude" gedeelte van Katwijk. Als je de straat uitloopt hoor en zie je al meteen de zee en het strand (300m) liggen met gezellige strandtenten. Ook het centrum is op loopafstand met leuke winkels, restaurants en supermarkten.

The center of Katwijk is a 500-meter walk.
