Ons tiny house 'Jolie' was een voormalige paardenstal. Deze hebben wij in 2021-2022 omgebouwd tot studio en zijn wij sinds augustus 2022 klaar om u te ontvangen! 'Jolie' heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de tuin en de Rijn. De stad Leiden, het Katwijkse strand en het Valkenburgse meer kunnen gemakkelijk met de fiets ontdekt worden. Het is mogelijk om bij ons een fiets te lenen. In de studio ligt een boek met allerlei tips over de omgeving. U kunt ons altijd vragen naar meer informatie.

Walk in 1 minute to the beach! Around the corner there are plenty wonderful and cozy restaurants. Also, the center of Katwijk offers plenty of nice boutiques where you can shop to your heart's content! The cottage is totally renovated and ready to receive the first guests! This summerhouse is located in a quiet street in the nice centre of Katwijk aan Zee. 300 m from the beach. Also ideal as piont of departure for walking and cycling. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. On the groundfloor bathroom with toilet and 1 bedroom with a double bed (1,40 x 2 m). On the first floor the living room with a kitchen (fully equipped). You can reach the first floor by stairs (steep stairs, unsuitable for people with walking difficulties).

Pets are allowed as long as they are not left in the garden. It is an authentic (older) house.
