The apartment is located in the middle of the Middle Rhine Valley. It is the ideal starting point for numerous hiking routes around the Rheinsteig or for visiting the many castles between Bingen and Koblenz. Excursions for families are also within a radius of about 10-20 km; Rheinböllen zoo and leisure pool, summer toboggan run on the Loreley, state garden show grounds in Bingen. Directly in the village there is a riding stable with a farm café. Koblenz and Mainz are each about 50 km away.

Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the forest in our small, simple apartment, sit in the garden or in front of the house, hike, recharge your batteries and come to yourself. Just outside the door is the European long-distance hiking trail E3 from the Black Sea to Santiago de Compostela. Behind the mountain is the town of Kaub with its Rhine romance, 6 km from us.

A spectacular view of the three medieval castles of Katz, Maus and Rheinfels and the Loreleyfelsen makes the hearts beat faster. The Rheinsteig, one of the most popular hiking trails in Europe, leads directly past the house with its most picturesque stage. Excellent wines from the steep, sunny slopes make this region a pleasure.

This apartment can accommodate a family with 1-3 children. There is 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), 1 bunk bed (80 x 200 cm), 1 single bed (80 x 200 cm) including bed linen. The bathroom with a shower, hand and bath towels are provided. The kitchenette is well equipped with a 2-burner ceramic stovetop, refrigerator, microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and glasses. There is free parking at the house. Not suitable for pets.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a historic merchant house with 4 other apartments. The train station is a few minutes' walk away.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
