In winter, you are a few minutes' drive from the glacier cable car or Rifflseebahn (free ski bus stops in the immediate vicinity). Cross-country skiers start right next to the house. The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The gastronomy and shops are about 5 minutes by car, on foot in about 20 minutes. The large windows illuminate the premises and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!
