Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Pula Bay View apartment is located near the Roman amphitheater (Arena) with a cute, small terrace with a beautiful view of the old part of the city and the Bay of Pula. The apartment has been completely renovated, equipped with new furniture and with details that we wanted to create an atmosphere "like at home" In the immediate vicinity there are cafes, restaurants, shops, a promenade and the very center of the city with the main street leading to the most famous city square of the Forum. .

Prostor je klimatiziran (dva klima uređaja, jedan u blagovaoni drugi u glavnoj spavaćoj sobi) te se klimatizacija ne naplaćuje posebno. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.

Villa Lavinia sa bazenom u mirnom mjestašcu blizu mora nudi ugodan smještaj za obitelji ili grupu prijatelja do 10 osoba. Prostrana kuća sa 4 spavaće sobe - svaka sa svojom kupaonicom, prostranom kuhinjom i dnevnim boravkom nudi komfor , a vanjska terasa sa kaminom i lounge kutkom idealna je za trenutke opuštanja. U dvorištu kuće nalazi se igralište za odbojku te stolni nogomet za razonodu. Kuća ima privatan parking (5 auta). Prekrasne plaže Jadranskog mora nalaze se na 1,5 km od kuće.

It really calms you down immediately. The parking spots are close, you can reach them by walking distance as well as the beach. Duga Uvala has no wild nightlife. It is more a place for relaxing and taking it slow.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
