Soli and Teo’s place was absolutely perfect! They greeted us like friends and gave us all the informations we needed and pointed us to the most beautiful beaches and most practical amenities. Our kids loved playing on the terrace with the kittens while we chilled on the hamac with the beautiful view on the sea. The house is located next to Konduros and Pisses on the west and the ruins of Karthea on the east, making it a great base to explore the island.

Maria is a great host: responsive, proactive, very professional. A couple of examples: - we were picked up from the port, escorted to our car rental and escorted to the property (40 min drive through the island) - coffee machine wasn’t working properly and as soon as I mentioned it, it was replaced within 2 hours Property is great: peaceful, quiet, awesome view and relaxing pool. Would go back tomorrow!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν άριστη. Η τοποθεσία και η θέα του καταλύματος στη θάλασσα πολύ καλή. Η παραλία του Οτζιά πολύ κοντά και καλά οργανωμένη. Η εξυπηρέτηση των ιδιοκτητών πολύ καλή. Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά .

The location is remote but has good facilities nearby, a fantastic restaurant (Arias) about 100m away serving the best seafood I’ve had outside of the UK! Not a large restaurant and has a very exclusive feel to it Equally a nice walk around the other bay, we found a few restaurants and taverna’s - our favourite was Sofrano’s The room isn’t big, but it’s well equipped and comfortable for the 4 night stay we had, and Nikos was very helpful for the few questions we had. Aircon works perfectly and much needed respite from the 35+ heat. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and is also shaded so easy to get a break from direct sunlight Comfortable bed and nice sheets Lovely neighbours in the main house (I assume this is Nikos’ family), Poppy treated us to a salad lunch one day unexpectedly, including fish caught from the bay at the bottom of the steps! Delicious - thank you! Cannot wait to return for another stay in the future. Highly recommended Would definitely stay again

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι, σε τέλεια τοποθεσία στη χώρα, μιας και όλα τα μαγαζιά είναι προσβάσιμα σε 5 λεπτά, αλλά το σπίτι είναι σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά. Καθαρός χώρος και περιποιημένος, πλήρως εξοπλισμένος. Σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα σε κάποιον και αν επισκέφθουμε ξανά το νησί θα είναι στις πρώτες μας επιλογές.

We were thrilled with Efi’s Villa. It was spacious and luxurious beyond what we expected for a Greek home. It was amply roomy for our large group of 13 plus a baby. Though we spent much of our time outside, there are lots of rooms and sitting areas in addition to the bedrooms. The master bedroom suite is enormous. The pool is as large as it looks in the picture, a real delight. The pool house is another dwelling and spacious. Efi helped me with so many things and I enjoyed getting to know her. Our son got married at a nearby venue, and this was a great place to relax in between events and to enjoy.

I have visited over 25 different countries and have been coming to Athens regularly for more than 10 years. I must say, this is truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at! The space is thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need, featuring a stylish interior, impeccably clean and wonderfully fragrant linens. The view of the Aegean Sea, breathtaking sunsets, and peaceful surroundings made waking up to the sound of birds absolutely magical. A heartfelt thank you for the lovely touches like coffee and chocolates, and for the support when I (someone who doesn’t always read instructions!) needed help. The jacuzzi on the terrace is a true masterpiece in itself. You can easily walk to the center of Glyfada in about 20 minutes, or take a quick taxi ride for just 5–7 euros, which is very convenient. I enjoyed every single minute spent in these apartments. Thank you so much!

o espaço é incrível..super bem localizado.. Konstantinos deixou algumas cortesias que mostram seu cuidado para com seus hóspedes.. o apartamento estava impecável e sua localização é sensacional..

Frans ist mit seinem Team (Danke, Tèo!) ein hervorragender Gastgeber! Er hat sich auch um eine Transportmöglichkeit vom Flughafen in die Wohnung gekümmert. Zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit! Das Appartement ist einzigartig. Man kann sich von dem Blick auf die Akropolis kaum lösen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man erreicht die Metro (10 Minuten) , die Busstation (3 Minuten), den Supermarkt (4 Minuten) in kurzer Distanz und ist schnell im Zentrum. Auch zu Fuß ist es kein Problem, die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Die Lage ist außerdem ruhig und bietet prima Erholung nach einem Trip. Wer nach Athen reist, sollte sich diese Unterkunftsmöglichkeit nicht entgehen lassen.

This place was fantastic. Porto Rafti is a great town. The pictures were completely accurate and we were very happy with the view, cleanliness, and overall condition of the apartment.

Great place .. very quiet bedrooms allowing great sleep.. patio area is huge and has a nice view of the hills above …easy walking to center of gilfada and beach .. will try to book it again in future ..

This was a fantastic apartment, lots of room, very comfortable, clean, secure. Not Far from the centre. It has street parking and good public transport nearby. The hosts instructions were always very clear and always friendly
