Holiday rentals with a patio in Kemijärvi

We really enjoying our stay at the apartment of Johan. Enough space, clean and everything we needed was in place. His communication was fast, clear and always ready to help. He also arranged a late check out possibility which was very helpful. Overall the apartment was a great place to have a fun week in Rovaniemi and surroundings.

The stay perfectly met our needs, and the children's guests were well thought out. We recommend the listing!

Everything was great, peaceful yet walkable distance to centre and the national park! Had all you need for a perfect vacation.

During a trip with our two children (4 and 6 years old) to Finnish Lapland, we made a 3-night stop in Rovaniemi. The apartment is off-center in a residential area, very quiet. It is nevertheless very close to the center and is very well located. Parking space is very nice. At the bottom of the building there is a swing much appreciated by our daughters. The apartment is very well decorated, we feel good there. It has all the essentials for a perfect stay. Riikka is a very welcoming and responsive host. I highly recommend this apartment:)

Really great new high quality apartment in a great location! Completely exceeded expectations. A true Ski-In, direct access to the hill and take the elevator to the ski storage. Views of the hillside and hot tub were seen aurora borealis. Big testimonials!

We had a great stay and everything was as described.

A nice place in a block of 4. Comfortable and warm. Firewood available and good bedrooms. Chairs at the table are a lot of them. Red chairs in the room not very comfortable, 1 he was broken arrival (reported to Panu and indicated that it did not have to be replaced immediately), but also the other one is a bit wobbly. Beds very comfortable and lots of pillows provided. All with traces of use, extra mattress cover and some new pillows can be an option? Lots of crockery and cutlery and spacious fridge and freezer. Lovely showers. Plenty of space also in the house, with separate storage for the skis. Washing machine, clothes dryer and drying cabinet provided. Location conveniently close to Wilderness Park and beautiful northern light location on lake. Close to start trails. We had a rental car, but it is useful if you want to do your own groceries in Salla.

Amazing experience. The location is great for seeing auroras (we saw them!) and only half an hour from Rovaniemi. The lake is very beautiful. The cottage is very well equipped and cozy. The only issue we had was the door locks which are not intuitive. The host's communication was very good. I highly recommend this accommodation!

What a fabulous time we have just had. Outi’s place was situated, with other properties , within a forest, with plenty of space & privacy between properties. Everything was available from cooking oil to batteries. Even extra toilet rolls. Warm lighting in windows made for lovely ambience, & views from bedrooms windows were stunning. The photos didn’t match how nice the property was. Particularly outside. Property was always warm with ability to reduce temperature anywhere with radiator thermostats. Sauna was lovely too with enough room for our family of five. Beds were comfy & I looked forward to bedtime 😊 There were 3 plastic sledges, 1 more professional sledge type & a scooter sledge. All were all used on a hill a short walk behind the property. Lots of fun was had there. A shop & takeaway were a 10/15 min walk away & a bus stop (take the road to the right outside the property & turn right at end of road) about 6 mins We used the buses often to get to/from the centre. ❤️

The cottage was perfect except that there is only one bathroom inside and far too far from rovaniemi ... if not, it's exotic and relaxing. We only see our steps on the snow and it is an incredible silence.. the stay went very well, the chalet is functional ( sauna and fire) and very well equipped. In addition, Henry is very kind and attentive. We had an emergency, he didn't hesitate to help us. A big thank you to him. An unforgettable stay.

We absolutely loved this house. Our family felt right at home. Host was very attentive and kind. We had the best time in lapland. House was new and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Good location, nice ambient

Wonderful accommodation with all amenities (indoor and outdoor sauna). Good location - absolutely quiet and secluded and yet in 10 minutes in Rovaniemi.

The place was super beautiful, close to town and with everything we needed. Juha was super flexible and answering always fast. We wanted to stay longer!

Great place to stay in nature. Exceeded our expectations. Modern house directly on the lake. Great amenities, great sauna.
