Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kent Island

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

This was the perfect Airbnb for my students Safety Patrol trip! We were easily able to travel into the city and the grocery store/restaurants were close by. The Airbnb was very clean and accommodated our large group. The small details were so appreciated— for example, the hosts left fresh flowers upon arrival, the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, the closets with extra blankets, etc. They really thought of it all! The kids especially loved having the yard space to run around. 10/10 recommend this Airbnb— their commitment to charity also makes this place an obvious choice for your next stay!

Had a really great stay for three nights at this lovely home in Edgewater. The house sits on a corner lot with wonderful views of the bay. The neighborhood is safe and cozy. Lots of friendly people out walking and enjoying the surroundings. Felt right at home. The house was clean and very functional. Eddie was great to work with and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home base for the Annapolis and surrounding areas.

From the first time we communicated to the final day of our stay at Pirate's Perch, John was a fantastic host. Very kind and helpful, even recommending local restaurants for us to visit. Thank you, John!

Although I had to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances the host is 5⭐️. The host was extremely understanding & able to adjust the reservation to my needs! The host offers a great add on package for convenience to bring an ambiance to the stay. In the future if I need a place in the area I would definitely use the host again.

Excellent service. The house is very comfortable, spacious, there are all the utensils for cooking. Everything is very clean. Quiet area without noise. We are truly delighted. We are grateful. We felt at home.

This was an excellent property for us. Location was great. Beds were comfortable. The whole house was comfortable. Really appreciated a family room with no TV. Allowed for family gathering with no distractions. TV on lower level was great for everyone else! Plenty of bathrooms. Well stocked, we didn't need to run for anything! Christopher provides a really comfortable and spacious place to stay. He responded to inquiries within seconds/few minutes. Really happy with this stay. We hope to be able to return.

The vibe was right from the start. Spiritual sisters. Traveling for my yearly family of 50 picnic gathering. Needed a place with full kitchen and private room for my 15 year old. We were 8 miles from my Aunties’. We arrived about midnight 30 and was nice to finally be in our weekend home. Bedding and fresh towels were provided. I did bring my own cookware but I always like to use my own. All the amenities listed were made available. From booking to check out Funke was on it. No matter when, Funke responded. Neighborhood very nice. Place was worth its value. 2 bedroom hotel suite at my usual spot would have been $50 more. I would have had a gym and pool but loved my son having his own room. Just needed that own place feel. Looking forward to seeing Funke’s place continue. See ya next year!!

Dawn was so friendly and easy to communicate with! The apartment was great, 3 floors with a nice communal area, perfect for a weekend trip with friends! 2 great spacious bathrooms, and great light in the bedrooms. Desk on the 3rd floor was helpful for getting some work done. The deck was amazing for the brief time it was sunny!! Thanks so much Dawn, my group and I were so impressed with this place!

Gillian and Boe were great communicators and super friendly and helpful. Everything was easy! A great stay. For detail-minded visitors: the bed was VERY comfy. And the shower is not large (stall size) but awesome water pressure and heat - felt like a mini-spa in there, a real treat :) We came during peak of spring in DC and their yard was full of beautiful blooms - a delightful bonus.

JD is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and communicative. He was incredibly easy to work with, sympathetic, friendly, and trustworthy. We had to adjust the dates of our stay and he was flexible and accommodating.

The spot in Sykesville is wonderful. We were visiting family and could’ve walked to their house from the Airbnb. Less than an hour from Inner Harbor in Baltimore for kids activities and touristy things. We will almost certainly be back!

This was our 2nd stay here...a wonderful home base when visiting DC! Colorful, cozy, sparkling clean & spacious...we enjoy comfortably relaxing in a convenient city location. Everything was great. I arrived late, with my daughter, got in easily, and went right to bed. I had a bit of trouble ensuring it was the right house in the photos, but only because they seemed to have added a deck since the photos were taken and it was late at night. We really didn’t use anything besides the bed or the bathroom but, everything seemed well stocked. It was very quiet. Bert was super helpful, allowing us to pay to leave our car for a last minute cruise. I felt my car was very secure while we were gone and it was a worry off my shoulders. Would definitely stay and do it again.

I stayed at Francisco’s place for 3 months while doing a clinical rotation at Hopkins. The unit was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. I walked to Hopkins every day (~10 minute walk) and always felt safe. The unit is right near Patterson Park and Fells Point, both very safe and walkable routes. Francisco was always responsive whenever I had a question or concern and I always felt like my needs were met. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a safe, spacious stay in Baltimore close to the hospital, great restaurants, the harbor, and local historic neighborhoods.

We loved our stay here! The place was super walkable and area surrounded it was so cute. The place itself was really nice and clean, we especially loved the balcony! Will definitely be coming back!

Comfortable is the word to describe this place. Cute, cozy, clean with great walkability. Megan’s instructions were clear, easy and she was more than very responsive. We meandered through galleries, coffee shops and local restaurants. The Navel Academy tour was outstanding. The weather got in the way of our boat cruise. Plenty to see and do with great recommendations from our Airbnb host. Thank you Megan for a great weekend!

The home was great. Very clean and a great location- right in downtown Annapolis. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay, and I plan to book again in the future!

We stayed here for one night while on a trip to Baltimore. The place was easy to find and clean and the host was responsive. As noted in other reviews, there is street noise in the living room. But that is expected when staying downtown and not in a high-rise. Another thing to note is the kitchen is downstairs and reached by narrow windy stairs. Again, nothing bad, but a little inconvenient. Finally, there is no bathroom on the main level. It was an excellent place to stay and we felt safe in the neighborhood with an easy walk to the inner harbor and stadiums. We would stay there again.

Our visit is always wonderful not only for the lovely setting and convenience of being in town, but for the gracious hospitality. Not only are Chris and Kate welcoming and attend to any needs, their staff at the Oxford Market are also marvelous folks. The cottage is a great fit for my elderly parents as it is all on one floor. The location is perfect as you can walk to many delightful places. My Dad enjoyed getting the newspaper and homemade muffins each morning. Just perfect! Thank you! Katie Dodds

Clean and comfortable air bnb - worked well as a family of 5. Walkable to metro which is what we used for the majority of our transportation. Beds were very comfortable and area felt super safe and community based. Thanks for a great stay!

I was only there for one brief night but it was a wonderful experience. Nancy was great, check-in was super easy, and the place was lovely. Plus a great location. Sadly I didn’t have time to check out the view, but next time I will make sure I do.
