This place is very special because of the location and the view! I couldn't stop looking at the sea, enjoying sunrise and sunset on the terrace. Christina came 5x/week to clean, which we didn't expect at all. She and Panos, the pool manager, were very friendly and gave us tips for the area. Marc was also available beforehand and very friendly in communication. The small house is located on the slope and can be reached from the parking lot via stairs. It's small but nice. The amenities are sufficient. The sitting area (sofa) could be larger, if the weather is not so good, it is only designed for 2 people. There were four of us as a family, but that was OK too! The 2 bedrooms each had a small bathroom. We were completely satisfied and enjoyed the beautiful location. Thank you for this beautiful place!

This is the second time I have stayed at Vivi’s place, and once again it exceeded expectations. Vivi is a delight ! She’s warm and helpful, and always available to make your stay even better. The accommodation is exactly as stated and is comfortable with all the amenities. Literally less than 20 metres before your feet are in the sea ! The beach is made of small pebbles not sand, so if you have sensitive feet like me, bring aqua shoes.

Very nice and original place, tremendous view but also a glimpse of traditional greek life in a repurposed centuries old (olive tree) farm part with traditional furniture, instead of tourist facilities. While still enjoying privacy since indeed both rooms (one of which is enormous) are apart and have their own vast terrace with outside shower and everything. Owner is very nice and interesting, marticipating in cutting edge univeristy research about olive(trees) in health. If you're looking for something different than the usual, place to check out!

Vivi and her family were so helpful and friendly, always available with advice and help. The studio is small but clean and comfortable and I felt very happy there as a solo traveller. The area is quiet and beautiful, with some lovely walks to lots of different bays and empty beaches. Kalami beach is about a minute’s walk away but there are so many other places to walk to. I always felt safe and well looked after by everyone I met. I would recommend either having a car, or visiting after 1st May, as that’s when the nearby tavernas open. There are other places to eat before then, but not within walking distance. But with a car there are plenty of options. I had a fantastic week and would definitely come back.
