For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

Idyllically located – surrounded by meadows and forests – a dream for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. 30 km from Stralsund, with its beautiful old town and the gateway to Rügen. It is 32 km to Fischland-Zingst-Darß, with its long white sandy beaches. Vacationers enjoy the 145 m² ground-level living space and the large garden to themselves.

Fully equipped 1-room apartment (34 sqm) in Villa Glückspilz for 2 people directly on the Binzer beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the pier and shopping street. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernised by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.

The tourist tax is included in your booking fee. You will live in a lovingly renovated apartment with a roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. (original staircase up) You can enjoy the comfort and great climate in an apartment cleaned with clay and straw. We only used ecological building materials for the colors and floors. To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

Cozy and quiet in Gedser!

Small house 50 m2. It's part of the old farm where we live. In weekends and holidays we sometimes run a flea market in another part af the farm. It' s the southernmost place you can rent in Denmark. No traffic, quiet and relaxing.
