Close to all shops (Super U, bakery, tobacco press, doctor etc...). 20 minutes from Lake Guerlédan - 40 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and 1 hour from the Emerald Coast.

Designed for 2 people, cannot accommodate baby/child. 1 dog allowed if – 5 kg (cannot be left alone in the house). Cats not allowed *It is not possible to postpone the departure time beyond 10:30 a.m.

The Space: Accessible through a key box, check-in times will be flexible. This cozy studio includes: a 140 cm bed, equipped kitchen, washing machine.

Small student accommodation

Small house between St Brieuc and Guingamp (15 minutes) furnished 30m² composed of a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, with entrance and private parking. Available from 20 September 2025 to 30 May 2026. We only rent to trainees, a student in higher education, and students on a work-study contract. You just have to book a minimum of 5 nights for each reservation and for each reservation request, you will need to provide proof of a school certificate.

In renovating it, we wanted furniture that you will not find in everyone's home, wooden furniture, which has charm, a history, most often made in France. This concept brings serenity, calm and comfort. The renovation is also chosen in harmony with the environment: hemp/lime walls, straw insulation, wooden partitions, slate slabs in the bathroom and toilet.

Old renovated farmhouse comprising a 45 m² living room offering a kitchen area and a living area with fireplace and insert. Bathroom, separate toilet and adjoining games room. 2 bedrooms upstairs: one bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 bed), one bedroom with 2 single beds (100 x 200). Baby kit available free of charge on request (bed, changing mat, stair gate, chair...). The beds are made on arrival.

Rézé - Gîtes de Botplançon, Pays de Guerlédan

Second home of all the Botplançon cottages, the gîte Rézé is distinguished by a beautiful living room whose glass door opens onto a private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside, without vis-à-vis. It can accommodate up to 3 people using the sofa bed. The kitchen bar is well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster...).

Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

The "Le Relais de La Poterie" cottage is a stone house dating from the 17th century. It has just been renovated and can now accommodate a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 guests. It has free parking for 4 cars at the front as well as a terrace and a 1200m² lawn at the back, pleasant for meeting with family or friends.
