I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is just perfect. I highly recommend this place and would come back any time!

We arrived in Manebach in the afternoon after a 20 km hike in Manebach and found at Torsten & Barbara the right drinks for our not low thirst. The modern and cozy apartment is in the middle of the village and yet very quiet and scenic on the slope. A perfect starting point for our hike the following day over the (not very small) mountain to Elgersburg and further through the Thuringian forests to Crawinkel. We felt very comfortable!

Cozy, small room. Everything handcrafted well & good small furnishings. 3 different ways to make coffee and - finally an Airbnb with a teapot! Solid jazz classic CD collection (and more) next to a small system with good sound. The small bathroom was quite new & quite sensibly implemented and in addition to cotton swabs and cotton pads there were even tampons. In the kitchen there was plenty of coffee and different types of tea bags. Bedding felt good. Bed was a little soft. Otherwise, everything was fine. I didn't meet Sandra myself but I was only there for a short time and Sandra kindly turned on the heating beforehand and always answered my questions quickly and also asked questions. I can recommend it.
