Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kings Grant

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

Michael's home is centrally located with easy access to cross city walking/biking trail. We were able to walk to the dog park at nearby Empie Park, which was a huge plus. The house was comfortable, clean and neat with everything to make our stay enjoyable. There is appropriate signage for the steep steps to the second-floor loft room. These steps would be difficult for anyone with any mobility issues. We also felt the home represented excellent value. We would gladly return on our next visit to Wilmington. Thanks for a good stay!

Beautiful house and peaceful setting.

Heather’s place was absolutely gorgeous with all of the amenities and comforts of home with beautiful decor and plenty of space. Her place is located close to everything including downtown and the beaches and the backyard is a vacation all by itself. For the One Tree Hill fans, Heather’s within blocks of Peyton’s and Hayley’s homes and the other locations and homes are within about 5 miles total. 10/10 recommend for anyone wanting to be on the go or for anyone wanting to just relax and enjoy the weather.

Alicia and Matt’s house was perfect. Clean, easily walkable, beautiful yard to enjoy, full of charm, and stocked to the brim with extras. On top of the friendly, responsive, and helpful hosts, we couldn’t have asked for anything else. We loved exploring the area, riding bikes, and visiting a couple of excellent recommendations by Alicia. We had a couple of special requests, and were met with ease and accommodation. The workspace was tucked away & quiet. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and get started with coffee. Easiest 5 stars.

. Our stay was wonderful, comfortable, relaxing and fun. We appreciated the fire pit and made s’mores.. enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool…The surrounding area was filled with a full day of fun things for my granddaughter to do. Where do I start there is not enough words that I can say about my stay and the experience that me and my wife and our family had. To Missy and your Husband yall are by far the best Host and people that I have had the pleasure of encountering in a while. From the moment we booked to the moment we arrived and the whole time that we were there the both of you made sure that we had everything we needed and yall even went the extra mile providing us with a Christmas tree and decorations in our unit. MISSY Your kind heart and spirit made us feel at home and then some. The property was phenomenal in ever aspect from the outside decor and landscaping to the elegant warm and beautiful luxurious accommodations inside. The unit was extremely clean and the decorations inside were top notch. We had everything we needed and then some honestly it felt better than home, some of the best sleep, rest and relaxation me and my wife have had in a while. Very quiet and peaceful. 5 plus stars. This was just what we needed. Studio with comfy king bed and refrigerator/coffee machine/microwave. Designated parking spot in driveway. Couldn’t even hear the people staying in the other unit, and we loved that we could walk (~20 min) to the main downtown area. Would stay again!

If you’re looking for a peaceful and secluded getaway; this cove is ideal for you, family, and friends. The host has covered all the necessities for her guests comfort and relaxation; indoors or outdoors. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

We had a great stay at this apartment while visiting our daughter at UNCW with our young son. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to campus, restaurants, and everything we needed. The host was communicative and made check-in seamless. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

Amazing stay if you are looking for a simple and quiet place this is it. It is in a great location only a mile from the beach. Definitely will be coming back to stay.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was incredibly peaceful and relaxing, exactly what I needed. I loved the layout—it was thoughtfully designed and felt so inviting. Everything was spotless, which made the experience even better. The outdoor space was stunning, and the TV on the patio was such a great touch! It was so quiet and serene, making it the perfect getaway. I truly enjoyed my visit and can’t wait to come back and stay even longer next time

My wife and I have stayed here a couple of times. This time we brought our daughter and she had an amazing time and told us that she wants to come back! She loved her loft bed and Miss Jamie and Mr. Jared so much and they were so nice and always wanted to go find “Mr. Bear “the cat. She also enjoyed the hammock too! We would always feel so welcome whenever we got there and throughout our stay, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and friendly place to stay, very clean and has all the amenities as you would need and plus so close to the beach! It’s like going home to see Family every time we go feeling welcome, and you couldn’t get much more than that when you go. We stayed in “Torguga” as we always do it’s our favorite spot and love every inch of it! If we needed anything, they were right there to help or answer any questions that we had! We will definitely be back!!!

Great location - walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, but very peaceful. Great place - fenced in yard for the dog, well equipped kitchen, lots of space for people to hang out, comfortable beds. This is our second time staying and we hope to be be back.

Our end of the year trip was nothing but amazing! Thank you for creating a safe clean space and surroundings. We look forward to rebooking this property and the one next door in the near future for a family trip. The distance from Wilmington and Carolina Beach was a pleasant drive. We even found Los Portales Taqueria and highly recommend for authentic Mexican food. Red dog farms was private and very well kept with plenty of space to enjoy a morning walk or coffee on the porch. Bottom line book it!!! :)

This place was perfect. Better than what I was expecting. Peaceful and quiet. The first morning of my stay my battery died on my truck and I asked for help jumping it off because I didn’t know anyone in the area and Susan responded quickly and came and jumped me off. Thank you again Susan. But over all exceeded my expectations.

Kim’s house was a great place to stay! It was only a short car ride to downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, a great loop to walk the dogs. The house was decorated beautifully and very unique. The dogs (and us) loved the backyard. Kim was a great host and very responsive. Would definitely stay again in the future!
