Colin的房子非常的漂亮，后院的绣球花开得很好，院子足够停2-3辆车的空间，位置很安静，强烈推荐大家来住！首先他非常热情，我们虽然没见到Colin，但是有问题他能够及时回复，感谢他给的私密性。进门时看到厨房放的新鲜水果和果汁，冰箱里还给准备了新鲜的牛奶，孩子们和老人们都太开心了，特别适合中国家庭做饭。其次用品很齐全，还配有儿童的书本和游戏棋。最后退房当天由于大雨，Colin还让我们延迟退了房。是个非常好的房东了。 Colin's house is absolutely beautiful, with hydrangeas blooming splendidly in the backyard. The yard has enough space to park 2-3 cars, and the location is very quiet. I highly recommend staying here! First of all, Colin is extremely hospitable. Although we didn’t meet him in person, he responded promptly to any questions we had. We really appreciated the privacy he provided. Upon entering, we noticed fresh fruits and juice in the kitchen, as well as fresh milk in the fridge—both the kids and the elderly were thrilled! The house is especially suitable for Chinese families who love cooking.Secondly, the amenities are very well-equipped, including children’s books and board games. Finally, on the day of checkout, due to heavy rain, Colin kindly allowed us to delay our departure.

Wow what a stunning location! Stayed here a couple of nights- plenty of board games for the kiddos and not too far from Rotorua and Redwoods. We preferred to stay in a place out of town centre and found Mandy’s place very homely. We were even gifted a jar of her homemade apricot jam- such a lovely gesture.

Evenings brought a cozy warmth as we gathered by the crackling fire, the sea's lullaby a constant, soothing backdrop. The bach itself was a haven of peace, a perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life. We explored the shoreline with leisurely walks, the salty air invigorating our senses. The provided water toys added a playful dimension, turning the sea into our personal playground. The proximity to local restaurants meant we could indulge in fresh seafood and local delicacies without venturing far. Each meal was a delight, made even more special by the friendly, welcoming nature of the locals. Their warmth and genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay, making us feel truly at home. It's a place where time slows down, and memories are made.

Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The backyard was gorgeous and you can view the lake from here and there are cute lights around the back porch. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach to watch the sunsets followed by the hot tub afterwards! Highly recommend!

Geraldine’s house was gorgeous. On arrival we were absolutely blown away by the location and her beautiful home. So many lovely welcoming touches like the stereo playing, lovely scented fragrances, freshly baked cake, coffee pods, chocolates and delicious breakfast goodies in the fridge which we weren’t expecting. We felt at home immediately. An abundance of firewood was also available to light the fire which made the house very cosy. On the morning of our departure, Geraldine messaged us to offer a complimentary late check out which we greatly very appreciated. We had a wonderful time in Rotorua and Geraldine’s home was the icing on the cake. We look forward to returning again one day.

Our big family had a great stay at Nathan’s place over the Easter weekend. There was lots to do including a hot tub, pool, dartboard, tennis court and games. Best yet, it is also home to lots of sheep and some chickens! During our stay we were able to enter the chicken coop and pick fresh eggs in the morning! Very lovely home and 100% would go back again.

Stuart's place is 100% in everyway. A well presented home, has a well equipped kitchen, it could use a fry pan lid. Think maybe the bbq isnt used much, was a bit rusty. This didnt change me wanting to give a five 5 star review. The deep bath is amazing. The view, the privacy, and the quite space, were amazing, it was a great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. It was just what we were looking for. Wonderful host, friendly. Would re book if back his way again.

Fantastic property in a great location. Great areas with 2 outdoor spaces and really great en-suite with master bedroom being away from the other 2 bedrooms. Really well setup kitchen and amenities. A cosy and quirky house with beautiful views of the mountain and lake. Des is a great host and the house has everything you need. My only caution is that the driveway is a bit steep and a touch tricky especially when wet. Would recommend.
