The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.

When you look out from your apartment directly onto the Kitzbühel mountains, you are eager to finally grab your things to start the day. But you still want to enjoy breakfast in peace.
