Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Kirchberg in Tirol

We were all very satisfied , the location is breathtaking, 😍 you are relatively central 15 minutes to Königssee, 30 minutes to the salt mine. The hut has a fireplace which makes the whole thing even more cozy. Kitchen is well equipped... a stove with two hotplates, fridge and enough dishes for 6 people . Towels will be provided one. Beds are also made . It was very clean and very cozy. The cabin also has a small dining area communication is a bit difficult but then called in the restaurant and reached someone. Restaurant also highly recommended. So 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for you

We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

Cristina is a very friendly and supportive host, who always responded very quickly to the communication. Check-in was very easy and straightforward. Liked the stay, that was sufficient for my family. The surroundings are calm and peaceful away from the buzz of the city, however with good transport options. Will definitely recommend the stay for anyone who wants to visit Tyrol around Innsbruck.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

Uncomplicated communication, clean building and facility, the love for the building and the facility can be felt in every fiber. It is light-hearted, so respect for the other guests is also important in your own room and patience in the sense of "live and let live." The proximity to the mountain and the Windbeutelbaron are fantastic! I love this sauna!!! And I can only recommend that everyone switch off and find contact with nature and like-minded people. 🫶🏻

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

We enjoyed the time very much. The house was a dream to be in. The outdoor bathtub and sauna invite you to relax. Biggi was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. 10 out of 10 I'd love to come back :)

Highly recommend staying at this property. It's super clean, super cute and the hosts are fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and very suitable with baby. The location is great and it was nice to be able to use the beautiful garden of Alexandra and her family. The family is very friendly and helpful. The sauna feels luxurious and gives a real holiday feeling. Incidentally, we were not bothered by the noise of the hotel next door. We would certainly recommend this apartment!

We were at the cabin with two friendly families with small children (0-7 years) and EVERYTHING worked out wonderfully! The location is simply unbeatable, the rooms furnished with a lot of love and the mountain feeling and relaxation immediately there! Highly recommended for families and mountain lovers as the cabin & area are just wonderful. THANKS!

a wonderful place to stay, we loved Sophia's cabin and the campsite. The cabin was comfortable and contained everything we needed. it's an ideal place to stay with children, conformable beds and well provisioned kitchen. The area is beautiful. The campsite has a lovely swimming pool, amazing playground, fantastic restaurants. We hope to be back again soon! A nice and large house in a fantastic place if you want to ski (and are not afraid of a red slope). Beautiful views. The house is cozy and homey, is also used by the residents themselves, so keep in mind stocked kitchen cabinets and personal belongings here and there. That is not disturbing, there is enough space to store your own belongings. The house was clean, the bedrooms spacious. The beds were made up on arrival and slept fine. The sauna is also nice after a day outside in the snow. For groceries or (fresh) bread, you have to drive 10 minutes and there is no Wi-Fi in the house. In any case, we had a wonderful few days

We spent three nights in this beautiful cabin and were completely delighted. The place was clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location in the middle of the mountains was fantastic – perfect for enjoying nature and unwinding. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, they answered all questions quickly before we arrived. The cabin was lovingly furnished, and you noticed that every detail was taken care of here. We particularly liked the spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We would recommend this place anytime and look forward to our next visit! As many have already written, the cabin is small, but very nice and clean. We were 4 adults with 2 small children. With this, we more than exhausted the capacity, but Michaela had informed us in advance that it could get cuddly. The view into the valley is fantastic. Due to the location on the east slope, the terrace and lounge are flooded with the sun in the morning. At the beginning of March, however, the sun was gone from about 3 p.m., so we had to move the after-work drink inwards for skiing/hiking, which was not a break in the leg. In winter, the hut is connected to the Kaltenbach/Hochzillertal ski resort via the valley downhill to Aschau, so you don't actually need a car as a skier. Due to the little snow and the warm temperatures, the descent was unfortunately not possible and we were dependent on the car (about 10 minutes drive to the valley) In summary, it was a great week. Highly recommended for up to 4 people!
