The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

This 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a large, bidet shower, infrared cabin and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The washer-dryer is also integrated in this. Just like the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum is all within minutes walking. It has a separate entrance only for our guests. Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

Ufhoven vacation home

Hey hey, Our 50 m² gem is located on the ground floor of our house. The living room leads to the courtyard and a very large, green garden, with chickens & rabbits. A 1.40 m wide bed and a children's travel bed are available for sleeping. Children and pets are welcome with us. Here and there it can get a bit louder, as we have 2 small children ourselves. There is free parking right in front of the house.
